I don't know how is it possible that they have charged me for a month if I haven't activated the sim card, now I'm trying to cancel my subscription but it's hard to find the phone number on Google.
On the website i can not see how many minutes, Gb, messages i have left.
I received my new sim card in time, put it in the phone and everything worked how it should. Simple!

Almost impossible to get respons from Flexii.

But finding out the hard way that my daughter's phone has no service outside of EU is too much.
I am in a trip in Italy, there is no service in my phone, therefore I cannot use roaming.

With flexii's latest addition allowing you to customize your subscription on a daily basis, you can keep prices (very) low, and just scale-up when you need that.
When switching to them they move your number before they send a SIM card resulting in 7-10 days without a phone.
The connection is really bad that at times I cannot even watch YouTube.
You write one day and it takes two days before they answer with the same proposal I got from another Flexii-person.
Everything worked perfect and how promissed.
Contacted their customer support by email (the only way) but unfortunately they take a day to reply and with automated messages that I already explained previously that I tried all the available options to try to solve the problem - restart the phone, try manually to select a provider, put the simcard in another phone, etc... nothing works.
Flexii is an excellent choice for flexible workspace solutions.

The sim-card didn´t work.
They always send me a valuable information, about my payment, my consumer, and when i have problem they sorted out immediately.
I went to Prague after just a cupple of days with my new abonnement and everything went just fine.
I used to have yousee subscriptions for my household, because I thought network-coverage was superior there.
This is smooth service, how I like it! Thank you very much!
Now I can handle with the occasional call drop because the network is out of bounds, I guess that come with 'cheap'.
And I am not talking about using her talk or data package, because that was expected, but literally no service.. apparently it's under 10. 3. but even so, who can plan that they will never go outside of EU in the future. Bad surprise.
I didn’t find any issue.
Internet very slow (sometime 1-2kb/s) and they dont have a call center to solve some problems that can apears.

No problem during the proces (I want to keep my number) and it went pretty fast - so far I have nothing to complain about.
I am extremely happy that I did, it's great!
Luckily my wife has Oister and it works fine her internet.
And the pricing is just crazy good!
