I would just like to say what a wonderful person Carly Horne is.
I was emailed today by flagship asking if I want a letter explaining there findings so I replied yes please and again asked for the names of those involved but I’ve not received any response so again I’m not happy with there incompetence and lack of respect of how seriously I’m taking this matter.

There are so many problems as a homeowner, but there is no maintenance schedule for the rented trailers and they certainly don't fix anything.
Also they victimise you, if you have a genuine complaint, report it, it gets swept under carpet and if the problem arises again then they ignore it as you have complained in the past, horrendous landlords.. not a profit making organisation?!
Do not rent with them flagship is by far the most scumbag housing agency 7 funking years black mold 3 promised to fix all time just rubbish .
I’ve now asked for the names of all involved with the blackmail and threatening emails I’ve received from them but I’m being ignored or given some sort of an excuse to not responding to me regarding the information I’ve requested.
Reporting antisocial behaviour is pants, falls on deaf ears.
For a company the size of flagship that’s very very poor.

It may have taken nine months to get to completion but between me contacting Carly and her working on my behalf we got there eventually, without her help I don't think we would have succeeded.

The staff at Flagship have provided excellent support and advice at initial purchase and throughout my shared ownership progression.
We have just completed on purchasing the rest of our shared ownership in Newmarket with Flagship.
They want to demolish our privately owned homes on Abbey Estate making a large number of residents homeless as we can not afford houses elsewhere or are now to old to getba mortgage!
We have also found flagship housing in dealing with any issues we have had very helpful.
