So, the FALSE 5* reviews have all changed from lovely rooms, bathrooms, coffee machines etc, to wonderful managers doing a great job.... Hmmmmm...
Receive a letter from them saying I’ve over paid and my account is in credit. 3 months have past and countless phone calls to chase up my refund to get an email saying they have insufficient funds and I will have to wait until the funds are available!
DO IT FOR YOUR CHILDREN WHO ONE DAY WILL HAVE TO INHERIT THIS APPALLING MESS.
Firstport have handed over running of St Aidans Court Eastbourne to a nasty small group of residents.
Never mind assaults on residents by members of the group and ex managing agents Firstport do not get involved at all even though the guilty party is the only person renting in the building.
Long may she continue with her excellent service.
The site is now beginning to look good and the improvements are really noticeable and we are very grateful for all the hard work that has made this happen and is still happening.

Their contractors knocked over a tree and never replaced it.
they are modern day highwaymen!.
No record of ownership etc etc.
They also allowed these maintenance companies to provide little to no support over COVID, but paid all their invoices.
Twice they selected maintenance sub-contractors who were unable to complete the required maintenance.
We haven't had a property manager like Hannah in the eleven years we have lived here.
This upped the cost by 10% the following year.
We feel safe and secure and look forward to many happy years to come in Tembani Court.
I wonder why we THE REAL reviewers could possiby be suspicious of this..... Hmmmmm......
With ever increasing costs our service Manager Gary and area manager Damian have done an amazing job keeping our service charge rise down to 1.
We were even charged for council tax on our estate that has no dwellings.
This company is an absolute joke!
FirstPort manage the communal areas of our housing estate and essentially use us as a licence to print money.
They constantly just close your queries down and mark them as “resolved” without either any, or inadequate investigation .
Well, well, well.... so now the "coincidental tone" from the "authors" of all the 5* reviews bleeting on about how wonderful the rooms are, seem to have noticed WE THE REAL REVIWERS can see straight through these FALSE reviews, and the "author(s)" of these FALSE 5* REVIEWS have now changed their "tone" and now all the FALSE 5* REVIEWS which all appear mysteriously are now ALL about how wonderful the site managers are!....
This doesn't matter to FirstPort though, as they can just pass all those costs back onto us...
Moving in just before Christmas we felt part of the 'community' immediately.
Tried to install solar lights but didn’t even have the courtesy to ask for owners permission (all freehold).
When is somebody going to do something about them??????

For example, electric vehicle gates are always broken and take weeks to be repaired, with cars broken into or damaged as a result.
The atmosphere is terrible with the communal lounge being turned into a low class pub with drinking every day.
* Apart from Frank, the entire team lacks initiative.
In the 4 yrs since moving in all they have done is wash down gates which are permanently open, swept the parking area & removed the weeds once.
We are astonished to have received a letter from a Collections Company asking for a payment because we didn’t pay the Firstport.

Sue is doing an excellent job at Barum Court.
This company is a joke…. how does the property ombudsman even allow them to trade as an organisation ?
She is friendly and efficient and gets jobs done, always conscious that it's the residents' money paying the bills.
Please everyone write to your MPs to request a public investigation into this disgraceful company.
