That assists in knowing whether one is on the margin or whether trace detectable.

Why appeal to big spenders in shops then serve them bland tasteless food.
Booked online minutes before the test and got it all done in 30 min including the results.
Only reason for providing 4 stars was, we received the test results before the anticipated time of 4 hours.
The staff assisted me with booking whike the other prepared the test realising that i did notbhave enough time and i might actually miss my flight.
Cancelled PCR appt 1h after booking-was given a voucher for £129 to use by Oct 2023; but links on the emailed voucher are all dead.
I booked the same day test and had the results super quick in a few hours.
I have been trying to contact them several times to request my tests results and there is no answer I tried everything but they don’t seems to care about customer services it’s all about them not you I’m afraid ..

Very pleased with the service we received from the staff.
I was asked to create the profile at the last moment by providing the details, which took me more time.
Per previous review- ExpressTest (aka Cignpost Diagnostics) no longer function for individual users, so vouchers offered to people are worthless it would seem.
Fortunately it was negative and I was therefore ‘Fit to Fly’ - and off I went, up, up, and away! Thank you Express Test.
i was a bit apprehensive before i went in having seen some u tube test being done and worring about having a thing stuck up my nose near it reach my brain. but it was done i was Delight tingly surprised how comfortable it was done .
It helps better understand false positives and false negatives.
I had a call from a gentleman at the centre to confirm that I was still attending and assured me the test could still happen.
The shops are top end designer.
Doesn’t even worse half a star..
Actual test took less than a minute, the lady was very calming, professional and gentle!
The person doing our sons test explained everything to him beforehand and made him feel comfortable.
Results came within 24 hours and were quickly accepted by BA online check in.
However the restaurants are bog standard. This is a mismatch.
Unable to post the email contact address for cignpost but the “info” email on their website should work- it did for us.
Staff was very helpful. five star ratings fr that at heathrow airport. my family frinds were flying back home and their card was not wrking for unknown resons for payments.
Staff was knowledgeable,friendly and helpful,(i wish i couldrememberher name).
