BUT, delivery was rescheduled 2 times, and instead of the 3 to 5 working days delivery. It was 7 working days.
The price was excellent (even for black Friday standards) and delivery was fast.
Now I requested cancellation on 2nd Feb and I have not heard anything back.

I ordered a TV from expert. ie, unfortunately the TV I had ordered had some damaged stock issues but expert. ie informed me about this after ordering, and offered me a (more expensive) alternative rather than just cancelling my order. Great customer service.
Only half my order received.
Other than that, the product was fine and as advertised.

I purchased product online, but forgot to add 10 euro discount code.
When I phoned I was told that I could get 10 euro discount off my next purchase, but I wasn't happy with this.
Just the delivery time irritated me.

Bought an air fryer from McGroarty's Expert.
When I followed up, I discovered my payment had been taken, but the order hadn't been processed.
However they have had the time to send me emails to review an item purchased, and with info regarding their Christmas countdown. Seriously?!

In Expert today served by a young gentlemen called Michael, great knowledge of products and extremely friendly and helpful couldnt ask for better staff.

I found the mullingar staff very helpful and friendly but they dismt have the item I wanted so I ordered it from the online site.
However, the customer service team was quick to resolve the issue, and once it shipped, it arrived the next day.
Contacted them and got a replacement hand delivered by them.
I was a bit afraid on this one because the prices were much cheaper than in other places.
Ordered DJI FPV Controller on 17th January and still not delivered today is 6th Feb as of this review. after contacting them I was told Item is not in stock..

All fine but took 10 working days for delivery anfter two follow ups and small bit of damage to fridge on delivery .

The mini fridge freezer I brought is brilliant.
But in the end, everything came on the time and conditions as announced.
She arranged for a courier to collect it and i got a replacement sent out quickly.
Got a coffee machine and arrived on time. unfortunately there was slight damage during transit.
Price was good, and the ordering experience was simple, as you can imagine.
The product arrived at the end of the 5th working day as advertised (delivery in 3 to 5 working days from order) but I had no contact from the courier (confirmation, tracking notice, etc. ) and the courier just arrived at 16:30 of that 5th working day.
Exceptional service and wonderful staff. Thank you.
Anyway, it gave trouble while in warranty, and I contacted Expert for advice.
