I always enjoy going to the Eventim as it's my local concert venue and has a great vibe.
Now just waiting for my tickets to arrive.
Advisors friendly and helpful.
When it starts getting more involved or more expensive I shall stop using Eventim, as I have done with other ticket agencies.
I made an error with my booking and the team were quick to respond and correct it for me.
This isn’t the first time I’ve used eventim and it won’t be the last.
Great that I managed to book from South America and get two of the last seats.
Best seats are a scam for the company to offload the worst seats to customers who don't select their own.

I was not happy with not being able to have a physical ticket for my purchase. it was automatically taken to mobile phone and the app. if there was a choice then it should be more transparent when it comes to checking out your basket to have a clear choice of how you wish to receive your tickets. that was my reason for booking through Eventim direct and not Ticketmaster.
Bought 3 ticket on a presale code.
Easy to order tickets on the website (ordered tickets for Dancing on Ice Tour).
We managed to get great seats for the show at a better price than Ticketmaster - I'll be checking Eventim first from now on!
However the downside was huge ticket fees added onto the initial ticket price and charging for an E-ticket.
Tickets were app-only, and the app is not compatible with my slightly older smartphone.

I’ve used Eventim a few times and I much prefer them to other ticket agencies.
Chat bot is useless and can’t put me through to live agent as no one is available.
Can’t get hold of anyone on the phone.
Would like to see the venue have more bands on for 2 or 3 nights.. in the old days bands would play for a week.
Was given seats at the very end of the row despite many in the centre of the theatre (in the same row) being available.
Immediate connection to website & tickets secured on first attempt without any blips... meanwhile the Ticketmaster site wheel kept spinning and didn't load at all - all day! Top marks to Eventim.
Stuck continously, it took me more than 20 minutes to buy my ticket.
I've not used Eventim before, but I will use again.
Honestly I don’t think anyone actually works there apart from the goons in security which I’ve read about in trust pilot.
Customer service was very poor and inconsiderate, unable to change my seats after I contacted them.
Easy website to use and buy tickets directly from a venue rather than using an agency.
I can understand that they don’t want to leave single seats, but I don’t understand why, when there are multiple seats left in one section, they would only allow one seat to be booked.
Confirmation email literally follows in a couple of minutes.
I tried another well known ticket service first, but it wouldn't load properly and then just shut down.
Hope the Odeon doesn't go under and close,would break my heart.
Sent an email but no reply even though it says we will reply within FIVE DAYS🙄.
I am currently very happy with Eventim ticket purchasing.
booked two tickets a while ago wanted to add another person but move seats so we could sit together but eventim said cant do refunds but i made it clear i didn't want a refund just to buy another ticket and move seats. they wouldn't do that suggested i buy 3 tickets and sell these which might end up me having 5 tickets.
Email confirmation sent almost immediately.
Their site is easy to navigate and purchase your tickets.
