And please Watchdog or someone investigate this company, because I’m certain someone is encouraging this fraudulent behaviour.
Tasha even made me a coffee as she had realised I was having a stressful day without me even telling her.
London Rd Rainham Kent branch - they DO NOT open early enough to let their customers drop vehicles back - cars all over the place on the pavement, blocking the pavements - at 8am this morning today a blind man had to walk into the road due to cars blocking the way .... the road is VERY VERY busy & could of been a disaster ... i helped this man, but only to be confronted with yet another parked car !!!!!! please address this situation before something horrible happens to someone !!!!!!
Didn't get a call so just didn't have a car.
He genuinely cares about providing a great experience, is extremely personable, and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
I was warmly welcomed, explained how the rental works and the same courtesy was provided when the van was returned.
I’m booking at really cheap prices (meaning that the system thinks availability is high), and yet still no van available.
Hired a van online at 11. 40, branch cancelled at 12. 38 as did not have a credit card in my name to pay for deposit and branch would not accept a card in somebody else's name, still got charged a 40. 00 cancellation fee, that's over £1.
On receiving a hire van and driving it to a local high street, I immediately rang the office to report a wobble on the steering (& incorrect fuel level in the contract).
The manager promised to give us a 'big discount' when we returned from Scotland, but surprisingly he wasn't available and he hadn't told his junior manager about the conversation.
However, now their line has changed, nothing adds up when trying to go through the timeline of events and my reporting of the issue as soon as I got the van, and the line is "this is company procedure to charge to the last renter".
We aren’t from the area but would be happy to return just for the great customer service 5 stars!!
When i phoned, nobody would speak to me to escalate and the advisor said they asked the delivery driver and he said ' i can't remember' i was then told i would be put through to somebody to escalate and they hung up. 2-3 months of stress and i still haven't properly spoken to somebody.
We were advised that their standard insurance carries a £1500 excess (! ), PER car panel (!! ) - so if there was even minor damage to multiple car panels then the payable excess would be cumulative.
Charged £500 for damage i never did - No response from anybody - AVOID!
Roll on a month later and I find that without any paperwork being sent to me, I had been charged the damage deposit of £250, against "buckled wheel and missing undertray" (despite a clear checkover on return).
I was immediately impressed by your member of staff Tasha.
I had to go to another company.
Scammers!!!
Judging by other reviews of how scammy this company is, they should be investigated by the police!
Tasha was extremely helpful; going out of her way to ensure a suitable car was ready for me.
Beware of extortionate additional insurance cost, which is only revealed when you have arrived on-site and are about to get the keys.
And we has warmly welcome to return the car.
I frequently rent from the Huddersfield branch for work, and it's always a pleasure when Enam handles my booking.
The Liverpool branch in the UK. £1750 was attempting to be collected by enterprise car rental.
Me snd my boyfriend rushing for our flight.
We were on holiday and just wanted peace of mind, so in the end reluctantly agreed to take the additional cover, adding another 50% on to the total cost of the car hire.
We were then offered additional insurance at £25/day to reduce the total excess to £100.
Enterprise refusing to converse after renting a car that was not fit for purpose with illegal tyre tread. Putting lives at risk.
The van I booked on-line was not available on the day I needed it.
They lie to extort more money from you, accuse you of doing damage to vehicles that was clearly already done, poor quality vehicles for hire, badly cleaned interiors that are soaking wet from being washed out!
It's not always the cheapest, but they have had great customer service and good cars.
We had it for 2 days during cold weather and it spread across the corner, so we returned it noting to their person that their previous damage had spread.
Obviously not checked or cleaned. 2 parking tickets on windscreen. But NO Damage.
The junior manager then said he would try phoning his area manager, but he told us he was 'busy'.
I visited the branch and the worker told me not to worry as it will get refunded if i called.
On the day of the collection, I get a call saying there are no cars available but someone would sort something out and ring me in the afternoon.
I've been renting through enterprise for a few years now and have always had a good experience!
Didn’t have the time or money to take them to court, so had big bill for something I didn’t do.
Enterprise then had the cheek to send me a invoice for £70.
