Unable to access Einthusan. I am a prime member. I am getting a revolving icon and nothings gets loaded
Now they terminated every account after 3 years subscription, no response from customer service on any issues even before and they Operate with email bots.
I have paid for lifetime membership a few years back.
I had paid $25 for premium membership 5 years ago when I was promised one time payment for a lifetime of premium service.
We had the VIP membership which they referred to and all of a sudden terminated my account.
This company is a scam; they cancelled our lifetime membership without any notice.
Sent emails to them to restore premium membership and so far no response.
If anyone wants to join the court case feel free to reach out.
They are just a big group of thiefs and they said just pay about 25 dollar for life time use and when u paid then it wil work for temporary time and then allways says pay again for premuim .
This is a fraud streaming company offered life time subscription 4 years back for $25 for Indian filims and contents .
Do you even know how many years that would be. Totally dumb.
After paying premium membership I am unable to watch the movies as they give error while downloading or keeps buffering.
No notice or communication from the company.
I wrote to them about this issue and if possible to refund my membership fees but no response. Big scam! Please stay away.
I have same experience , I paid 3 years ago and they promised its life time now they asking me to pay again.
This is completely fraud, can we file fraud case so their website make down...
I thought they were genuine but now firmly believe that they mostly source pirated content.

Same experience as others paid for lifetime access but account got deactivated without any prior notice.

The lifetime or any paid membership ends abruptly.

They may change in future 3 years to 3 months and you have to stick to their rules and they never answer omyour queries if you talk about this.
What im trying to sau is previous advertise was fine nt that much long but for the month of November was so annoying with the deepavali advertising.. for soooooo long what the hell . usually the advetrtise took abt just less than 5 mins.
I recently got a message saying I am put in queue and the average wait time is 1352239977555546Hr,8min.
I have netfliex and amazon and very happy we rearely use this one but still paid $25 but they are farud.
I've already filed a complaint in consumer court and will consult with my local attorney on how to proceed legally.
Shame that you've decided to reward your loyal customers with betrayal.

Stop promoting your premium membership ....
Paid for the lifetime membership and without any notice my account ‘expired’ and I have to pay again for 3 years.
Now, when I try to stream a movie, all I get is annoying ads.
If you are lucky, you will get access to their portal, but then you have to wait for the unlimited advertisements to run its full course, which in my experience has been upto 15-30 minutes.
