Went to EE farnborough to renew our phones but didn't have Google 9 phones in store but were delivered the next day not good at technology but Lee helped by transferring all data from old phones to new ones went above and beyond helping us out !!!
Poor broadband service and download speeds despite paying for 900mbps.
All these large corporations since becoming digital can only be described as a beaurocratic nightmare.
Have since placed order with Sky, but openreach confusion now preventing sky from taking over.
Switched to EE broadband and tv due to poor experience with Virgin over 18 months.
WiFi much stronger than Virgin’s service.
Executive complaints Told me they would remove discounts from my Tarif if i went to Ofcom.
I was informed that I could switch to an annual plan at any time.
EE are a disgraceful and incompetent company with very questionable ethics and a total lack of veracity in how they operate and treat customers!
They applied a discount to my Tarif, They have not honoured this either.
The website portal nor the app allow me to view my products or subscriptions.
I really am shocked at the horrendous treatment and unprofessional approach used to attempt to solve such a simple thing.

Came to end of contract and EE offered a decent package to transition over both BB and 5 mobiles. 1. 2.

Despite calling multiple times and being promised them, they have never once sent us a breakdown or tax invoice for the Direct Debits being taken out of our account.
What a mistake we gave pac code so it’s all done keeping her number , lady said all done same day no problem no it isn’t ….
In December, I signed up for an expensive monthly plan that lasts for 30 days.
If you have a complaint and take it up through the Ombudsman (toothless tigers they are), you will certainly notice hostility from EE and a total lack of any intentions to resolve a complaint!
Rubbish and overpriced deals and very difficult to contact them to sort things out.

Switch to something better, cheaper and more flexible… but make sure you’re out of contract of course otherwise you’re going to be ripped off.
This seems unreasonable, especially since I am willing to commit to an annual plan.
On balance I'd rather be with someone who you can contact and who is responsive to any queries or worries.
Absolute joke of a company who have purposely gone out their way to do this, this needs removed from my credit rating immediately!

They lock you in with contracts that auto renew and expect you to pay the remainder when you leave.
Also the replies from EE just obviously shows they don’t read these reviews properly.
