Very satisfied and good overall experience!
They are giving a lot if excuses to not pay back ie they are too busy, technical issues etc. Avoid them!
BUT THEIR WEBSITE IS WORKING AND THEY KEEP SELLING GLASSES.
I placed an order on December 29, 2024 with a credit card.
Today, 18th of June, i am still waiting to receive my refund despite multiple emails from them saying that they will proceed with reimbursement asap.
Product was actually cheaper than in any other webshop.
I ordered my glasses on January 2024, and still haven’t received the parcel.
The glasses were delivered and i was happy with the result.

I have placed an order early May 2024.
Today is the 20th and I haven’t received a confirmation email nor tracking information from UPS (because I misspelled my email).
+ glasses arrived in two days original. the price is great. in original box with case and cloth. - inconvenient site. I don't like post UPS .
The credit card link worked but no conforming email nor record on my cc followed.
I have since been in a longer dialogue with Edel to solve the matter.
I have received my order within 2 days and much faster than stated originally.
Ordered a pair of glasses on the 18th and paid an extra 18€ for guaranteed delivery on the 20th.
I got a pair of Oakley Sutro Lite Sweep as a birthday present from my kids.
Store itself - good choice, good price discounts.
On 24 Jan, I was refunded already.

Delivery - take into account that UPS could leave you parcel with neighbours..

We have called multiple times and gotten a very nice recording which never results in a live person, no matter what time we call. we waited until after New years and tried again multiple times yesterday and today.
Edel asked me to return the glasses for inspection but simply just sent the broken glasses back to me again.

I ordered Persol PO3268 on 14 January. Received them on 18 Jan.
The glasses arrived dirty and were touched with fingers.
I Placed the order on 5/11/24, they were delivered on 06/11/24 (24 hours from Germany to the Netherlands). 100% recommended.
I broke my RayBan prescription glasses, I found the same model on Edel Optics for half the price than other shops.
Second or even third time I ordered my RayBans here and they always arrive super fast and are in perfect condition, nicely, safely packed. Very very happy!!
Now i’m thinking to order again.
