They ask you if you are willing to wait a bit more or get a refund, if you ask for a reffund they tell you they are bankrupt and they can’t.

It was only resolved after I gave a bad review here on Trustpilot and Edel since re-evaluated the case and sent a replacement pair.
They knew for over 1 year they will not ship anything anymore, they bombed 2023 with 40% sales to gain orders and marked products with 4 days delivery time, after order is placed the delivery time becomes unknown.
Fast delivery to Copenhagen and High quality glasses and a very low price. I can highly recommend.

I have since been in a longer dialogue with Edel to solve the matter.
A very good service.
Edel asked me to return the glasses for inspection but simply just sent the broken glasses back to me again.
And at a really attractive price.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses which was in the wrong size.
I offered them to send me a similar pair of sunglasses in a larger size but they couldn’t do that either due to their “special” situation.
They give me the same about a system error, and they are unable to handle my request I’ve read here before.
Even though I returned them within a couple of days, they “couldn’t” give me my money back due to insolvency (a lie) which is far from the case.
Once I received sunglasses and tried it for quality and kept in mind how much I payed- it felt that I robbed them, not the opposite.
Ordered on Thursday at 14:30, had the sunglasses by 13:00 the next day!
It’s been more than 1½ month and I have yet to get anything but their default answer, but they don’t care one bit about customers.
Extremely bad experience.
Placed the order on Friday afternoon and received my glasses Monday morning, in Denmark.
