I tried to make a payment but something does wrong and my payment can't be accepted from "Revolut" credit card.
I will definitely be dealing with you from now on.
They asked me if i want to wait or cancel the order.
I received my Glasses this morning just like you promised I am very pleased.
He gave me all the information, checked all about my order, he called back to me the next day.
The postal package was good and the delivery was on time.
At the same time, I needed the glasses asap and the post was really speedy and I got the parcel in a very short time.
I wasn't sure if this was a legit business, never heard of them before, but I was willing to gamble.

It was only resolved after I gave a bad review here on Trustpilot and Edel since re-evaluated the case and sent a replacement pair.

The return process was so smooth and fast.
Haven’t recieved my refund for my returned sunglasses here after one month has gone by. SO DISAPPOINTED!!! UPDATE!!!
Later on they informed about the bankruptcy.
It could give a complete satisfaction if the Glass was clean.
After cancellation i received my money back(on the next day). So, no problems.

After placing my order , it indicate delivery will be 5day later, as i will be traveling abroad for months, so i wrote an email to Customer Services and ask for help, and i really wanted to say thank you so much for providing me the world class delivery services, item received the next day WOW!
Edel asked me to return the glasses for inspection but simply just sent the broken glasses back to me again.
Only "copy / paste" come-off.
The first time i received an e-mail telling me that the product was not available and i have to wait aprox 2 weeks.
In the website it said the delivery time was 2 weeks.
I got the product very quickly, I had some issue with the local UPS, I had to call the edel optics and I was shocked how helpful they were.
Although in the website the product still with 2 weeks delivery time.
