Ecosia has removed dark mode randomly?
Today all I get when I search is 'There was a problem loading search results for “{anything}” Please reload the page or try again later.' The AI Chat works fine.
Images are not loading as normal. There are just blanks in there place. My connection is good so it can’t be that.
I lost Ecosia as my default browser on my win 10 laptop and I cant get it back. The instructions at Ecosia say to go to settings, advanced; but there is no "advanced" in my options. How do I get the download?
Just checked Ecosia's twitter. It seems that us from the Philippines and Indonesia brought a lot of traffic recently and a lot of them are searching nonsense (e.i. doing searches ~100 per hour) which means it gets flagged as spam. I've been using Ecosia for at least 5 years now and this is the first time I've encountered this. So Ecosia is trending right now in these 2 countries with the biggest number of internet users in the world. So guys, just hang tight as they get it back up for us Filipinos and Indonesians.

Access denied?
It was working fine just an hour ago or so, I tried signing in and then it said Access Denied Error 1020. I don't know what else to do right now and I've tried everything

My ecosia app displays access denied error code 1020.
It's my first time using the ecosia app yesterday. Last night, it's working well and I can still search using the app but when I tried using it again this morning, it keeps saying "Access Denied". I don't really know what's happening. All I know is that it's called (?) "Error 1020". Please help and fix it. Thank you.

My ecosia "search engine" not working, it says "5xx server error" and "Access denied Error code 1020". Please fix it quickly as possible because I want to help to plant trees.

In the app, when I click the images, they won't load (not a single one of them does). In addition, I tried logging in to my mac but they can't give me the magic link and just displays try again or learn more.
