The worst part is that they tried every way to keep my money without even paying attention to my refund request.
Then 3 days after confirmed pick up date they sent someone to totally different address and say that it was wrong address.

I left my personal item in hotel in Czech Republic and hired this company to deliver it to Spain, to my home address.
Awful website with options changing hourly. Useless webchat. No response to emails. Will not be using again.
Not only are there massive delays, but packages also get lost.
On the customer chat service, I was told that the transporters would automatically come the next day.
But eventually to book a new order.....
While someone was actually present.
Customer service is a joke, you’ll never reach a real person, just endless automated messages designed to waste your time.
They never came to collect my parcels with status cancelled-shipper absent but I stayed of course in the apt.
The customer support is practically nonexistent, with vague and slow responses.
Now I can't ask for a refund or rebook because it is asking me to pay a cancellation fee. Very frustrating!!!!
The collection was cancelled by the courier for no reason stating that 'the shipper was unavailable' - which isn't true.
My package is undelivered, but I can't figure out why and no one answers me.
No communication from eco parcel or the carrier.
I usually avoid leaving bad reviews but I'll make an exception.
I should have checked their reviews prior to booking with them to send my parcel.
The shipper was home all day specifically to ensure this parcel got picked up...
Customer service doesn't exist no contact number no phone , no one take car of the probleme .

My order B4RYY6 was also not picked up and the order was cancelled.
Then I claim back and was promised I will get recompensation of 100€ for that. However I didn't.
Their website is full of lies, claiming you can reschedule a collection through your order, which is completely false.
Customer service was available and very responsive (via chat).
There appears to now be a delivery problem, and customer services (if you can even call it that) are absolutely no help whatsoever.
In the package we had also the kids Christmas presents. Disaster!
Collection didn’t take place when it should have.
They are scammers—never showed up to pick up the packages despite booking the service.
Please, never use this transportation company. Never.
They failed to collect my parcel from a hotel reception as promised and didn’t even bother to communicate.
I lost money on PayPal due to dispute done by customer.
My package was collected by DPD on behalf worth 100€ and disappeared never delivered to customer.
The pick up never came, we waited 3 different days and finally they cancelled the order without refunding the money saying that the package wasn’t ready when the pick up arrived. Dishonest service.
The second time however has been the complete opposite.
After asking for a refund, I lost 6 euros per package.
Oh, yeah, it was wrong address, wrong date, wrong transportation company first. Do not use EcoParcel. eu as if they do not exist.
They want to charge €5 per parcel to rearrange OR €6 per parcel to cancel, even though THEY cancelled it for no reason.
No real support service only AI.
