usual issue, like all previous complaints, can look at pictures but cannot look at written details or place order, all greyed out with buffering circle of death playing incessantly. Tried mobile and laptop, both same, seems dunelm needs to address longterm ongoing issues with its site. Will be going elsewhere to make my purchases. Your loss, dunelm.
Can't make payment for items I want to buy - stuck in screen
Trying to purchase online but when I go to pay it advises try later as issue with your system, that's 2 days now for Mastercard, and 1 day with Visa issues. I checked with my Bank and they advise its Dunelm issue NOT mine or Banks.
The Dunelm website is really badly made. It won't scroll on PC or mobile using different browsers. Heuristically it is terrible. Whoever built this website did a really bad job.

I’m still waiting for an explanation for not being able to browse or buy on dunelm website. I logged in my concerns/ complaint over a week ago and no response at all not even curtesy reply.
Dunelms site isnt working. I cant check any items on the search feature and get an error message: "Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."

Site slow to load, then not reacting to clicks for selection for, e.g. fabric. Then images not loading for many minutes. This has been going on since 19.9.23 and still, at 14.32 on 20.9.23 not functioning. Nowhere to report on the site! Customer not working either. Also it's slowing down my browser (FF) and this computer is kept clean at all times, i.e. Avast deals with problems and I delete caches regularly too. I pinged it and the return times were excellent, which is odd. Dorset.

When you go to checkout I get the message: Sorry, we couldn't complete your order, due to an issue with our website. Please try again. Dunelm claim there is nothing wrong and it's in the cache. I have cleared cache and tried different browsers but all give the same message.

Your website is the only one where you can’t scroll up and down - it sticks! Then it appears larger than the screen. It’s the only site that does this?

Every oage comes up with 'Oops!' in big letters, can't get to the home page and the page I was originally on won't update the price for each size of the item. This site is all the way down but is essentially useless.

Dunelm sort your website out ASAP! For Well over a week I’ve got the ooops error message every time I try to browse your website. Only happening on mobile devices. Tried on WiFi and mobile data, different browsers, cleared cookies etc .... nothing working. For people who can’t get in to a store near them you will be losing sales from the website.
