Cancelled again, complained through email and website.
Marv is very quick and helpful with meeting my needs. She is very proactive.
Couldn't cancel account without accessing it, and couldn't access it because I hadn't paid.
Initially the response didn't answer my question but i tried again and got what I needed immediately.
They did not respond to my request for restitution. Chat or email.
Reached out to support - zero help.
Feels like behind this there are as bunch scammer kids.
Notice the comments on these videos are so positive and great, whenever i tried to comment on my experience it would be deleted.

i have accidently purchased a plan and when i talk to customer support they give me refund for it.
Cancelled within the trial period.
Didn't have sufficient funds because how I use that card online.
Then they hide behind a so-called abusive non-refund policy.
Its been more than a week, got no response from them.
They mentioned on their website as promotion to pay $49 for fully optimized store and shall be delivered in 24 hours time.
I signed up to the free trial after watching their Youtube videos.
I cancelled my subscription within the trial period.
They purposely don't notify you when you renew your subscription or when your trial ends.
Refused to refund the second month. Can you believe that?

They prey on your hope for success.
But they use the same store for every single customer and don't give you anything new.

They have continued to charge after cancelling trial stating there is no account so i cannot login to cancel the account.
I cannot even say Pathetic service as no service is provided.
Go to Minea or Pipiads instead, and you'll really get a tool that's worth the price.

These people take your money and don't believe what they say because when you look at their website it says "full refund within 365 days" When you ask for a refund they not only try to weasel out of it they also only refund you half you money and say "we already spent the other half on your store".
They seem to be a team of professional scammers.
Again, no sensible response.
Dropship. io is an excellent tool to assist you in your dropshipping needs and get your business going.
They don't answer your questions, then when the heats gets up, they say they busy updating their site.... well this has been since over a year when I first looked at them. So that is a scam.
Go to Minea or Pipiads instead, and you'll really get a tool that's worth the price.
