The payment method was via Klarna direct debit, and I contacted Disney as I couldn't log in to my account to terminate it due to the country's limitations.
They cancel my subscription and refund me without even asking or agreeing.
I politely replied, explaining the situation and sharing the documents proving this charge must be disregarded.
I expect to compare the original subscriber agreement cause I think I have some rights as a customer.

Considering how big this company is, their tech is horrible.
It then informed me to contact thier customer service team which I had already made 7 calls to previously and was constantly told that my refund had been issued when it hasn't.
This website loads forever and is such a rip-off.
I received a reply yesterday which said nothing about the contents of my complaint, all the email contained was a computer generated email telling me to cancel my subscription which they already did on the 7th October 2024 when they verbally and also in writing agreed to my refund for taking £119. 90p from my bank when it should have been £10. 99.
I called 5 different people Celiste and Abbey hung up tonight.

In 2020, I had Disney Plus, and because I moved to @latvia, a country this stream wasn't supporting, I had to cancel.

Too bad it is so pricey, it would be great to get for example Netflix and Disney+ in a discounted bundle.
When I think disney I think quality content, unfortunately this is the opposite here. disney+ makes false advertising when saying 4K UHD streaming.
Youtube, Netflix and Twitch all works fine, so not a network issue, more of a Disney issue !
This is mishandling of a customer.

Please be aware of such scams from these companies as not many people check their accounts when taking out free promotional subscriptions from these companies.
Problem is that they have some of the best movie.
I purchased a phone from Samsung which came with a twelve month's free Disney+ subscription.
Too many errors in website. Bad programming. No support.
Star Wars, Simpsons, Pirates of the Caribbean.
Absolute worst movie platform.
Can only stream every 4th time on PC - it's like it just won't stream on certain time of the day - and then when it finally works, the wait time from the Star logo to the show actually showing is 10+ mins. Why ?!?
In fact the platform can only stream at up to 480p.
For starters the search function is really bad forget about finding new stuff unless you want to look mostly everything trough alphabetically. that the only way you can sort a bit is trough genre, but that's it. then second is the new price compared to the amount of good movies, wayyyy overpriced. and no good movies only a couple of fanboy movies and genres.
I questioned her about the complaint i had made and read the response email to my complaint twice to still have to listen to this individuals robotic bull.
The It guys shoud be sacked and competent people hire to solve the mess.
I confronted Disney+ but they are saying they will look into it and my refund will take 10 days but they were extremely quick to withdraw the money from my account within less then 12 hours.
