Their useless support said that is how they work. to reitterate their standard presedure for delivering packstations is to throw it in a random packstation somewhere else! You can't make this up!
I missed my flight because they couldn't deliver my Travel document on time even though I paid for "Express". ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE.
I ordered asos to Serbia.
Customs charges are only INR 1879 and you can do the rest caclulations that DHL is pocketing themselves.
Every single time I use express to receive my package sooner, it ends up being delivered later than the normal post.
The seller of my package has also tried to contact DHL with no response.
Quite the horrible customer service.
Lets be honest their drivers can not be bothered to deliver your parcels and take them back to the depot.

Please, if you are awaiting an important delivery for a certain date do not use DHL nor use a company that employs them.

There have been changes in delivery options due to Brexit but some of these companies out there are using it to make extra cash! no advance notice for fees from DHL.

Poor customer service. been waiting for a package since 11. 16. 2022 when arrived in The United States at The Hazelwood location.
They either keep my shipment on hold for no reason because just my name is not European or something, I provide documents they keep my shipmen on hold for a week then release it opened and messed with !
This is a very expensive package. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
You can file a complaint and you'll receive a voucher so you get a discount for a service you don't even want to make use of, because of the issues described above.
The people on the helpline were not helpful at all, cannot offer solutions.

I receive today an email from DHL (last minute as my parcel is due today) to ask to pay for £139. 96 if I want to receive my parcel.
Then on Monday the driver shows up 2 hours before the on the website picked delivery time. customer service states chosen delivery time is just a preference and doesn’t mean a guarantee.
Now I am trying to reach them again because they don't send me a link to pay taxes.
Stefan at customer service should find another line of work.
I can only write an honest review by giving them one star which is way too generous.
