The standard response provided by the supposed customer client from de haarlem on trustpilot is misleading because it is made to appear as if all complains are somehow as something unexpected when in truth this is the experience of more than 90% of people who have been scammed by this platform.

The return policy requires you to return the goods to China at your own exorbitant cost.

This is a massive scam to move cheaply manufactured goods and advertise them as boutique.
I ask for another delivery or reimbursement but sender refuses both.
Then tell you after that you have to take care of the return yourself-- it's your responsibility to pay the return goods for almost 50 euro (because it has to be sent back to China), then they will claim that they are not responsible if the items are lost, etc etc.
Then, when you request for return, they will make it hard for you.
Miserable shopping experience in Netherlands.
Retour address is China, bad quality and you cannot return.
The items don't even have tags and the glue smells horrendous!

I get answer from DHL that for this track trace code it is not possible to make any changes and only sender can change it.

As a European customer, you might think you have customer rights but this isn't the case as your legal rights are subjugated to Chinese law according to the fine prints.
I decided to try the de haarlem online chat and that took me to Alibaba site which turned out unhelpful because you had to be a registered Alibaba to operate any of the provided option menus.
Tried to cancel my order before the items were sent, but they wouldn't let me because they had been 'processed'.
