I've been trying since before Christmas to make an online order at cvs.com. They all come back telling me there are problems on your end. I even talked to a live person who told me the things I'd ordered had been out of stock but were now back in. He took the order, and I was relieved. An email the next day told me it had been cancelled. I lost the 10.00 extra care bonus for December and may lose it again.
Cannot get a live operator on chat. Called one phone number and got a busy signal. Called another number and call was dropped while waiting.
I can't not get into CVS to order my OTC. I have tried many different days and times. site just flashes something went wrong.
I spent hours adding things to my cart from the photo section. I was able to edit and make duplicates. Then I went to check out and suddenly it wont let it. It keeps saying whoops. But shows I have 8 pending things in my cart. I tried to add a random 4 by 6 making the cart go to 8 items seeing if that would fix it but nothing. I cant even clear the cart to start over.
I have Caremark silver script and have always been able to prepay for scripts through the app, now that option is never available. It’s incredibly inconvenient and no one at CVS can give me any reason. Why did this option stop ?

My local CVS has been knocked off of your vaccination scheduler by another store that is listed two times. I need to schedule a vaccination appointment at CVS, 4040 East Chapman Ave. Orange, CA. It is never in the search results for 92705. Also, there is another store that pops up two times because they entered Moderna differently twice. When they did that, my store, the East Orange store got bumped off the list of vaccination stores for my zip code 92705.
Lost my credit card and I am trying to add another credit card and I keep getting the same message that cannot connect to server. Try back later. Tried numerous times in last 24 hours and same message appears. I have better things to do with my time!!!

You can login to the OTC account but it keeps loading and reloading. I know it is the beginning of the year and there are many users are logging in to use their OTC benefits, but this is ridiculous that your site cannot handle the flow.
Doctor faxed RX’s to CVS and CVS has received nothing. Called Dr’s office and they show that fax went through.

Won't let me sign in even though I opted to stay signed in. Your system keeps changing pharmacy locations to random places, not my selected store. This happens all the time. Hire some good IT people, and pay them what they're worth!
I can’t see any of my prescriptions on the application
Your website is spotty at best. Website hasn't been working for days. I need to check on my meds! Fix it please, or we'll need to transfer our Rx's. Thanks
Cannot use coupons bullshit
Pharmacies in Denver are unable to fill ANY CVS prescriptions because the website is down and they have not tried to fix the issue as reported by several pharmacies in the area
CVS has confirmed their prescription system is having problems, after multiple fails receiving an RX, walgreens was fine.
I'm trying to place an order for prescription delivery. my pharmacy says it can be delivered and that I have to do it online. however, my prescription does not even show up and when I try to put in an order for delivery on the website, I keep getting an error message that says "We are experiencing technical difficulties. If this error continues, please try again later." I have tried repeatedly to get this done throughout the day and keep getting this message every time I try. I really need this prescription today and am not able to pick it up in person today.

Cvs and Caremark websites are having serious issues. To many to to know list. But they are not listing all script pick up dates available refill dates. It’s not listing requests for today only yesterday and back a few months. Saying one script is ready for refill on the phone and not listing current refill request status. It’s not just me it’s many people accessing cvs in Thespis area

I can not put the calendars I created in my cart to order them. I’ve been trying for 2 days now. Every time I try to order, it goes to the “your cart is empty screen” I have to click on “keep shopping” and it just takes me back to my project. I can add prints to my cart, but it won’t let me add the calendars!

Hi, I am shopping online CVS as an Extra CARE member allowing site coupons, when I try to access my needed items, the on-screen items won't allow to tap to access further, like coupons, Categories, everything valuable to use for an on-line order basically freezes up with np further access to review products I need.

CVS app hasn’t worked on my iPhone for about a week. When I try to open the app, it immediately shuts down. I’ve restarted my phone several times, and also reinstalled the app several times, but nothing improved. All my other apps work.

I'm getting an error message when trying to access the Pharmacy section.
I was not able to see certain parts of my prescriptions on the CVS website until I used a different Browser. It did not work on Firefox, but everything on the CVS website showed up when I switched to Safari.
The pharmacy portion of the website is not functioning fully. You can get to the Pharmacy, but one cannot get a list of prescriptions or renewal info. When one clicks on those links, there is just a blank screen.
I thought I would be able to check out vs going into the store- believe it or not they do not price match their online store and they tend to price gouge. So what should be considered an easy task is now a nuisance. I can't check out because the message rendered is "Sorry, something went wrong on our end.." It started off nicely until it wasn't.
I can't get my epilepsy prescription filled because your "technical difficulties." You won't even send it to a decent pharmacy. If/when I have a seizure due to your technical difficulty I'll be technically suing you.
