the website is always down for maintainers
can't watch the video, it always says "Sorry, we are down for maintenance."
I was working on my course and all of a sudden it went blank except for a message at the top that says "{"message":"too-many-requests","explanation":"You are temporarily blocked as you have made too many requests. Please try again later."}". I don't understand.
site not loading courses
I can access the website for the most part, but during my courses, the screen changes to a "sorry we are down for maintenance" screen. It has been happening for 24 hours
When i noticed, contacted support through chat and got immediate refund no question asked.
Insufficient info about the course.
Additionally, please note that the promotion ended on February 27, 2024".
Run don’t walk these courses are worthless.
Someone stole my credit card information and I kept getting a reoccurring charge from this business.
The certificates are worthless.
But here we are 10 business days later, you guessed it, still nothing. I can only email them.
When I replied saying that's poor customer service they responded in a rude and condescending manner reiterating new customers only.
I spent £38 a month to access their learning content, only to discover the cost was per course!
The cherry on top is that their customer support sucks, maybe they need their own staff to take their customer support module.
Go with another platform and don't waste your time.
Misleading information about pricing. Cant find the price.
Every link tries to get your personal info and get you to enrol.
Is it such a struggle getting in touch with these people.
1 star for their website from a potential student.
They mention this info at the bottom of the page but not as key info at the top of website.
Customer service sent a template reply pointing it out.
It's nearly impossible to get access to support and if you do get a request in there is no way to follow up.
Not clear with pricing.
Spent half a year and more than 300€ to get a certificate.
Python course old 8 years for 50 Euro.
There is always an offer around new year for a large amount off an annual subscription.
Courses are broken down into tiny fragments which take a couple of days to complete.
Absolutely horrendous.
I was on there website looking at some supposably free IT courses, important to note that on their website they have a "free courses" tab.
Scam.
As others have said, this site is a massive bait-and-switch.
I signed up for Coursera after doing plenty of research on the company.
Are you crazy, what a waste of money, skip those guys my tip for you all.
beware, they have this course era plus subscription which does not mention that they include some course in it and not others.
I was 3 quarters of the way done with my Lab and the session timed out.
Very under handed sales tactics promoting low cost course only to have hidden terms that will take further card payments.
I cant understand why the score on trust pilot is so low. Everything is great.
They immediately "upgrade" you to a Coursera Pro account for "free" which is supposed to include the certificate, then when you finally finish the course, they suddenly force you to pay $60 to download the certificate at the last minute.
When I went to enrol in one of their courses, it offered me a 7 day free trial, which once ended I would need to pay $62 a week.
After that I could only create a new case, as this one got instantly closed, without me being able to answer or contact that support agent, despite them saying "if you have any questions, let me know".
I reached out to them They told me they had no account under my email address.
Then if you able for financial aid, you have to apply for 1 course at a time which makes no sense.
