Good communication with service team to arrange our bespoke connection.
Leon was our contact dealing with my issue, and although it took a few days due to the complexity, he kept me updated the whole time and spent a lot of time on call until we resolved the problem.
I cannot thank Reece enough for his help in setting up the extenders in my house.
Den and Leon in technical support have been absolute stars in getting me back online.
Day 5 broadband not working still waiting for an engineer to turn up, probably will still be sitting here for the next week but they are happy to charge me for the connection and 4 days broadband.

Overall really happy with the speed and reliability of the service, and the tech support has been great.

Engineers Matt & Colin did an excellent job on the day installing our bespoke connection as a new-build, despite some challenges getting the cabling through our under-drive ductwork.
Den in tech support was really helpful co-ordinating the visit!
Update: County Broadband were able to expedite my connection date.
I signed up on 29 October as CB are they are the full fibre only fibre provider in this area (Openreach having pulled the plug after years of promises).
I bought a mesh system which has significantly strengthened the wifi signal around the house and provides me with a far superior wired connection in the home studio.
Internet is now considered critical infrastructure companies whose outsourced call center will pass on a message on Monday, are not fit for purpose.
Anyways, sadly, my history with CB suggests I know at least as much as they do about their installation, so I asked Customer services to provide more detail about any problems concerning ducting etc, so I could personally go down the Lane to confirm what they said.
Ref to a little problem I have.
Second issue was quite a technical one and had to be escalated also to the actual network guys.
From my first interaction with County Broadband I say enough they were brilliant.
My router was down showing no lights .
I rang and spoke to a man called Josh .
PE28 9 post code completely down since yesterday afternoon.
I have just been told that I cannot be connected until 21 February !
Leon was polite, friendly and knowledgeable, which enabled him to diagnose the root of the problem and make an excellent suggestion to improve the situation.
Being a slightly older person he was very helpful and patient in helping me to get the router going .
Spoke to Leon today to help reconfigure the new base to our wireless phones. Very helpful.
Ok, but I said I would much rather a senior member of the installation team meet me at my property, so we can compare notes and I can get details''straight from the horses mouth' so to speak.

Den has called me back multiple times when I was rushing around and inable to talk and has updated me promptly with the situation via call and email.
I now get a faster and stable connection to that room, which will enable me to send an interrupted audio signal without fear of it dropping out, which is crucial for what I need to use the internet for.
In a way this is 2 reviews, firstly there was issues on install and account setup, customer services weren’t really great initially, but once issue got escalated it was dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently.
County Broadband sent an engineer out the very next day to fix an issue with my fibre cable which had come loose.
I had occasion, to contact this company.
Managed to set it up remotely & assisted to reset the phones in the office.
Something about a pole licence - but neighbours in our village are connected.
Decided to move to county broadband as the only fibre in my location so they have the monopoly. date provided for engineer to install - engineer didnt arrive, following day rebooked, engineer didnt arrive, day 4 engineers arrive to dig up for laying the cable, they advisef they are given the work 24 hrs previous, day 2 engineer arrives contects the property to broadband. woopie had had nothing for 6 weeks, day 4 broadband not working.
