Since over 3 weeks I have no internet connection with Cosmote at home. This is ridiculous! As they say on the hotline there is a serious issue...come on guys! Are you professionals or amateurs? Over 3 weeks NO connection!!

Kokkino Chorio, Crete. No internet access since yesterday. Fault report line constantly busy. Mobile internet works, but no WiFi internet access. Now getting messages that my mobile internet allowance is used up and still can't get through to help line. It was the same last December too, no internet over Christmas show I suppose we have that to look forward to as well.
Internet painfully slow, all day since this morning Thurs 9/28/23.

Crete. No internet connection with landline. No DSL or landline phone. Three communication forms sent to cosmote. No reply. Help line number constantly busy. Technical check for residential problems, not working-Web site says 'we are getting better and will be back soon'. Ten days with no connection so far.!!! Anyone else got these issues?

Since 4 days Internet connection drops and coming back and this happens in the morning and evening. More than once. Living in Kerameikos, Athens. Calling the Hotline and you're constantly in the waiting loop.
