I, at least, had a good experience ordering a hard drive.
The only problem I had was that the website scroll wheel would break on chrome.
It was easy to assemble and started without problem.
That's totally wrong that it would be same situation in other stores.
the cheapest price for this proudct in thr Norwegian market, fast free shipping too.
I don't have experience of their CS though or have knowledge of how well they perform if the product is faulty.
The breadmaker is of very good quality and arrived within the time expected and home delivery was very reasonable. Very satisfied.
We have received only one as sealed, and the rest of the 07 HDDs are open-box HDDs!!!

Tryed to contact customer service, i asked them for some alternitive solutions, like refund or replacement product, but they ignored me, just said - we wil update your status this week (of course they didn't). 10k worth gpu and now three month of waiting and not be able to use it + holidays is coming!!!... and still waiting.
