Within one hour two fitters arrived and sorted the problem.
The initial consultation was relaxed with no pressure and all work was completed to a very high standard.

There was a small delay due to lack of coordination of contractors, but all the work was carried out very professionally and in less time than we anticipated.
The only snag 7 years later was condensation entering a small glazed unit.
I explicitly instructed both Paul and Howard to request additional time from Trafford Council so submitted revised application in hurry is not the excuse.
Recently had a garden room extension added to the rear of my home and cannot praise Clearview highly enough.

I was really pleased with the overall service as well from initial sales consultation through to fitting.
During telecon with Howard I told him to contact me again next day, so that the drawings could be amended to my satisfaction, specifically reducing the extension length to 3m as per the council's feedback and including kitchen area.
We actually asked for it to be put on the road-unfortunately not written down so our word against theirs😤😤😤.
They were respectful of my home and took the time to explain the work they were doing.

Having received quotes from several companies, we chose Clearview because it was the appointment with their sales designer that made us feel the most confident that we would get what we wanted and we weren’t disappointed.

Next the Surveyor double checked measurements and clarified design.
The changeovers of the different tradespeople everyone was prompt and ran like clockwork and there has been many admirers of our orangery.
I’ve just had new windows and doors fitted by Clearview to most of my house having previously used another firm for a couple of windows.
Decided to replace old windows, Clearview Home Improvements came highly recommended.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Jarrod for spending the time with me yesterday going through everything in designing and choosing everything I asked for.
