In 6 months the light stopped working, but they have a service center in Zaandam & Rotterdam, so I could not bring my bike there.
Because there was no guide book inside. tomorrow I have to go for a bicycle shop to make it for me so I will pay extra. we tried to make it via youtube videos but we couldnt make it all. so that was a headache for me.
After buying my new e-bike a few months later I had a series of issues with my battery.
In the mean time, my bike was stolen.
the bicyle I bought today came in pack but as a normal person who doesn't know anything assembling a bicycle including brake system etc couldn't make it.
Reached out again, but didn't even receive a reply. Don't order from them!
I bought a Spirit electric bike in November 2022.
They promised to fix the bike they sold me that broke after 10km of biking, they didn’t give me an ETA for fixing and not only that but they scheduled pick up that never came through 2 times.
Early morning today I receive the email and delivery time is between 20:00 to 21:30. 2.
Their response was basically f-you.
It says you have 100 days to think, but you can only return a bike in 14 days, using the same box they delivered it in and UNUSED.
Our problem has not yet been resolved.
After this interaction, my friend called them back ( 5 min later ) trying to help me to see if they could still deliver tomorrow which they said no they had called of the driver.
However after that everything went very smoothly because the customer service did help me by giving me all the information and help I needed.
In the beginning I felt very disappointed with the customer service, It is eventually because of miscommunication and misunderstanding due to language barriers.
Really responsive, attentive and perfect quality service.
Docking station never works and it charges my credit card additional fees.
The first time I shipped it in (paying for shipping as well) they returned it to me without having fixed the issue at all, which I had to again ship back to them.
Moreover, they are reachable both via phone and mail.
The only other downside is the saddle, which is quite hard and uncomfortable.
Bike was not send within the promised timeframe. Cancelled the order.
I have sent my battery in for repairs for the second time, this was over 2 months ago and still haven't received a proper update on what is happening or when I can expect my battery to be returned.
Bike had issues galore with burst tyre.
They went even beyond and gave me a few things for free like a new chain that would have costed at least 20€ additionally.
We are waiting for this delivery since my daughter wants to have new bike for tomorrow.
Quality of the bike is really good though I still had to buy an Art** approved ring lock to be able to insure the bike.
After my package being delivered to the wrong people in a different city, not getting an answer the whole day about the delivery of my package, at the end of the day klanteservice tried to solve my situation by having delivery picking it up from the wrong adres and bringing it to me, he said he would call me in a couple hours to see if it was possible which he never didi, after 3h i called the delivery company GESU where i got a very rude person telling me that they would DEFINETELY not going to bring my package tonight because the driver didnt want to take that ride since they had already drove all the way to the wrong adres to pick it back up and they would come specially tomorrow, unfortunately i am not home tomorrow and i had already spent the whole day home today waiting for something that never came!
Every now and again great service happens, although this had been recommended to us, City Bikes in Ohrid did that bit extra to make sure our hire bikes where properly set up, provided tools, inner tubes and even a breakdown service if needed.
Unfortunately, the company still tried to blackmail us, saying that they would only accept the return of the bike if we withdrew our complaint.
In March 2024 the battery of the bike stopped working, so I had to bring the bike to Zaandam.
Expect incompetent customer service, zero proactiveness and huge time delays.
After the most horrible experience i will not shop here ever again.
Delivery was 2 weeks late and I paid an extra 60 euro for bike to be delivered assembled.
At 20:30, I saw at GESU link the delivery will be delayed till 23:30 because the driver still have few bikes to deliver and he is far away from Eindhoven. 3.
Finally, the gentleman who is working at zaandam citybike solved my issues with the electric bike and is also kind,warm and humble.
Was promised to get my money back in 1-5 workdays.
We are in home waiting for the delivery of the bike. 1.
They offered me to visit one of their physical shops and bring back the bike, but I do not live in the same city.
Useless, customer service keeps hanging up on my call.
