I've orders afew times and always a great experience.
We ordered some buffet trays with lids a couple of days ago and were amazed at the very fast delivery time.
Very easy to order, quick delivery.
I placed my order twice.
All in all a very good company keeping the customer happy.
I have been a customer for the last 3 years and have been satisfied with the platters I purchase for my business, however in the last year I have found that the lids dont seem to fit the platters and have been trying to email customer service on endless occasions but never get a reply.

Been using for 5 years now and the last year or so quality has dipped the lids struggle to stay on the platters and they are a different profile each order .
Can’t keep up with production therefore platters are arriving late by several days which is nonuse for a business .

Product as described usually order these from a supplier who have recently stopped supplying them.. but they told me this company’s name.. tbh cheaper and speedier delivery than from the supplier I originally use.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased from Caterline and I find they are very good products at a decent competitive price.
First of all their products are affordable and of high quality, secondly I had wanted the size dimensions of a platter box and I received such fast replies with all the details I needed, on top of that they had shown me the smallest size dimensions in advance too! also i had tried to use their first order discount code however it did not send a code to me, so instead i emailed and it was manually given (again with a fast email response!

When I chased the order then I was told no stock available for the second time I did receive a refund but it caused alot of container issues.
Great platters just what I needed.
The delivery was a fantastic next day delivery and the items were just what I wanted.
One item order was done out and delivered in a day the other two were not available for 3 days but sent straight away, unfortunately the delivery company (prime) was not up to the job and took 2 attempts to deliver even though we were in.
One of my parcels didn't arrive but Jessica from customer service was very quick to arrange a replacement to be sent out to me.
Love the recycling, the quality of the trays is really great.
Easy and quick ordering online , reasonably priced cheaper that same items on Amazon or eBay.
