In the meantime i have my ISA contribution sitting god knows where! Tres disappointed.
On this most recent occasion, I reported it on 30th September but almost 2 months later I am left with the same issue which I have raised as a complaint, ( this is because the normal customer service was ineffective).
Cash ISA to Cash ISA transfers must take place within 15 business days of the transfer instruction being received by the new ISA manager, unless the investor stipulates that the 15 days starts on a later date. 1.
I am now nervous that I have invested in a useless account.
Error after logging onto account - 2nd time that I have experienced an issue in 7 months, where after logging in successfully, an error message is displayed and I have no access to my account information .

I had a 2 year fixed bond with them but decided to close it after the term as the rates were not as good as elsewhere.
CTB seemingly believe that they can take 9 working days to send the transfer request rather than the maximum of 5 days specified in point 1 above. “As the transfer was complete electronically there is no postal timescale.
I applied online and had to wait for account details by POST, then phone them for a transfer form which arrived a week later.

Same yesterday when my password needed resetting.
I look forward to working with them again soon.
Not really happy they decided to become a bank as the interest rates have declined, but still reasonably competative and have just opened another ISA to continue our partnership.

Client called on completion very happy! Congratulating us all!
Utterly disgraceful treatment of a pensioner, hopefully the media will pick up on this and Castle Trust’s complete lack of humanity.

Castle Trust went through with the repossession and didn’t allow him time to go through with the sale even though an offer has been agreed to buy the house.

I recently opened an account with Castle Trust Bank, I've had NO problems at all, they sent me a Welcome Pack in the post with T&Cs, Op Instructions and also a FSCS Sheet.
I was copied into every email from Castle Trust Solicitors and along with the clients Solicitors, I was able to act between them to speed up legal requirements with documents and explanation on how the case was structured.
I very much look forward to working with him again in the near future.
After the 14day funding window, they sent me a Statement telling me how much was in my a/c as promised.
