Awful company, I am allowed to return it according to their ' 'Customer Service' I use that reference lightly.
Wrong size, cheaply made, obviously stole photos from another site.

I raised a dispute with my credit company and within 3 days the money was reimbursed.
This time I have to send a photo of the item and they will then decide if they will refund - but I will have to pay shipping to Sweden - despite a label with UK address on it.
Cheap and tacky made in China 🇨🇳.
But you can get a refund if you paid by credit card.
Seriously, avoid this company like the plague.
As others before me have done, contacted customer service and got the same offer to keep the rubbish top and get a voucher worth half the value of this monstrosity.
In my last email I threatened them with legal action if the coat that I had ordered didn’t arrive ASAP.
Still not received the goods and probably wont as having the exact same experience as everyone else here.
I raised a dispute and was reimbursed within 3 days.
The items delivered were absolutely nothing like those pictured online, just very poor cheap copies which took ages to arrive from China.
The is the first time that I have been mis-sold something with no comeback.
They then kept saying they will send another, send me tracking details but they were for the first item.

Discussed the matter with Carramoda - their LAST offer was to offer me a 20% refund for the cost of cardigan, and, in exchange I can keep the tee-shirt!
Don't want to order anything again as obviously the Company is breaking UK advertising standards.
Have requested a return 6 times as the coat is useless.
Ordered a jumper - product arrived that did not match the picture on the website- cheap tat, polyester.
Will always check reviews prior to ordering from new companies.
This will cost me more than the cardigan was priced at.
Emailed to decline offer, then waited almost 2 weeks for reply- talk about running the clock down!
What absolute rubbish with one label on one which clearly states “polyester” and it was sold on their site as cashmere.
They need photos of good and proof of purchase before they can decide if returns will be accepted.
They don't do returns and don't reply to your emails.
Complaint to trading standards on way.
When 4 weeks and no delivery, tracking doesn’t work.
Sadly it would appear they can and will continue to scam innocent people by falsely and knowingly mis-representing goods on their website .
Have messaged again no response.
Respond every so often to emails, always very polite but do nothing.
I wouldn't even give this company 1 * but it's the minimum you can do.
Forget about doing a return they’ll never give you your money back and you pay the return cost back to china.
Got a top in 2XL which would have fitted a child.
