I cannot access CaixaBankNow. I have my usual details, ID and pin but when I input them I get a message saying "En estos momentos no esta disponible"
My issue being that they require ID to be sent over email and they force the client to send this with no password or encription.

Very often branches refuse to speak to each other and force customers to attend their own branch to resolve issues.

I had a free online account with no commission of any kind.
I had issues with setting up the authorisation site, and they sorted everything there for me, I was long in there after the branch had closed and they made sure I was happy before I left!
