Do not even try to take an infant in a buggy to this cafe.
The atmosphere is cozy and great for catching up with friends, and the food is decent, but the service can be hit or miss.
So bacically only the price difference of 100 dkk was noted.
Few days ago me and my husband decided to try to order take away food fom Cafe Vivaldi in Frederikssund and it was the biggest regret ever.
I ordered wok with chicken.
Ordered a "Vivaldi burger" and a kids burger.
Far to expensive for what you get, you have to order at the bar.
We payed over 600 kr for cold food and morover the waiter was saying that food is not ready, so in that case it should have been hot since we got food later than it was expected or we have expected that the food will be at least warm.
Vere bad service.
Although the restaurant wasn’t busy at all the waiters weren’t polite and they acted absolutely arrogant.
Café Vivaldi has its ups and downs.
Very nice place.
Sometimes it's friendly, while other times it feels rushed or even impolite.
The manager was insulting and just told me to wait ” he had to deal with customers”. Dont go here.

We spent altogether 700dkk for a launch.
We ate Cesar salad, the worst I ever had.
The restaurant was not even crowded, and yet the waiters search for a free table at least 10min, before we got seated, and they gave us the worst table possible.
The burgers were identical size wise, same amount of fries, kitchen confirmed that the burger beefs were identical.
Pricing also seems inconsistent, especially with menu items like burgers.
Fab food ... great service ... thank you especially for giving our veggie guest a lovely twist on the steak plank ... tge veggie burger "steak plank" was a super hit !
Our pre- drinks arrived 40 minutes after the main course.
They were clearly annoyed by the presence of new guests.
I have been to many countries and never experiened such a poor service.
Not a single thank you, welcoming.
The worst place I ever visited.
Service was extremely poor, arrogant waiters, no information from them that you should place your order in the bar. We waited for 1h.
Took them ages just to make a sandwich.
He shouted at us twice to fold it up, even though the entire outside space was empty!
Good food, excellent service and we will back there again.

The server upset us so much with his aggressive, rude verbal tirade before we had even been seated.

Benefit of the kids burger was that there was also some veggie sticks on the plate.
On the menu cashew nuts was mentioned but there were none on my plate.
To start with, on just eat app it was saying that we can pick up food after 20 min, which was fair enough, so after 40 min me and my husband went to pick up the food which as a waiter said not ready yet.
After we got the food we went home, we live 3 min away from that restaurant and opened the food boxes, so the food was absolutely cold, wet and almost uneatable.
Tables were not crowded.
