Our pre- drinks arrived 40 minutes after the main course.
The worst place I ever visited.
Food arrived but no drinks.
I am giving 3 stars because I really enjoy the atmosphere and the food quality.
When asked about the drinks the manager told us he had more customers to take care of.
The manager was insulting and just told me to wait ” he had to deal with customers”. Dont go here.
What I mean is, since they have the new policy of ordering via app or ordering by going to the bar and even getting your drinks by yourself, the price did not change.
I have been to many countries and never experiened such a poor service.
Drinks arrived when we were done with the food and then nicely spilled all over our table, food and phones.
Maybe they can consider a little discount.
Great place and food but pricey. So i only gave 4 stars.
However, the fact that the customer needs to pay quite a price for a beer and food, I never saw the point of why I should pay so much unless I get service in return.
His service mind approach made former Eastern Europe service staff to look like Florence Nightengale.
I believe one goes to a restaurant to experience not only food but also to get attention as a customer.
