I am however happy with the price of the product.
I will not recommend Bygghjemme for any purchase nor will I buy again from thius store.

Is a gif product but I should have to returned because is a wrong size.

My garden fence project was delayed 3 times due to Bygghjemme issues regarding my orders, only one was solved accordingly.
Today 31; July I received a delivery of a new door from you and it was in perfect condition.
Turns out it wasn't and has only just been sent now. 4/6 weeks after purchase.
They said it was wrong price and ordered Posten to return the product.
The mirror was much poorer quality than expected for the price.
Product was showing "in stock" when i purchased, 3 days later you tell me you haven't got one, then takes 10 working days to get my money back.
Kundeservice was very helpful after all the problems.
Only the delivery was a bit slow.
Its ok good wait, good adjustment but i feel like its a bit weak and would be even better with a bit powerful battery and be made to produce even low noise.
As advice must say, change the delivery company!!! 😉 IN other hand the item as quality is very good.

Thought I was ordering a part that was in stock.
I had to call the customer service; they said I would receive a notificationnof delivery in late January, and I have heard nothing.
