I have been trouble shooting. My internet is coming through but there is a problem with 2 of the DNS servers. I put in those ip addresses and they are in fact breezeline servers. It's a simple fix on your end yet no one via chat or by phone seems to be able to understand or want to try and fix it. They want to send out a service technician which cannot help with this. To add to that their technician cannot come out for over 20 days!!!! That is unreal. You literally have 2 dns servers are not working 52 & 53. It's something that should be able to be fixed rather easy via phone. The scary part is after almost 3 hrs of phone time throughout today not one representative could troubleshoot this on their end.
My internet went down yesterday about 3pm for the third time and still hasnt come back on. I have rebooted the modem and gateway pod numerous times, still nothing. I live in Uniontown, Pa and I’m getting charged $256.00 a month for this bullshit, I fucking pissed!!!

I’ve had no internet for a week in Kingwood WV! Granite it was a holiday weekend I had lost internet but I’ve called with only automated services and not an actual human and tried live chat with an agent who said I had to set up a service appointment and confirmed times available for a day and I had said I’d take the first and earliest availability and I have not had anyone showed up to fix it!

Aiken, SC. Internet is so slow. Ran speed test. Download 1.7 Mbps - Upload 1.6 Mbps. TV signal is spotty, keeps cutting out. The only reason I don't get rid of this crap is that there are no other options. I wish we could get another service in Aiken. Breezeline would be out the door.
