I went into the branch and I was told the money would be returned in a week to my Qantas money card. I’m still waiting!!
However, I found the teller in the bank to be very rude and arrogant, not appreciating the customers needs, circumstances and their lack of knowledge of the banking processed.
A customer of theirs scammed me for a lot of money and BPer Banca is refusing to help me retrieve my funds.
The bank's rating is bad enough so I believe they don't want something as foreign as "customer service" to outrank that sorry status.
