I messaged support about the issue and they locked my account instead.
I placed an order with Boxxed. gg and ran into an issue with it.
The service is mediocre at best, you have to wait weeks sometimes months in order for something to get delivered.
Now I have no way to access my account or my order, and they refuse to communicate.
This company only responds to positive reviews.
I placed an order of 5 cards and got them all within about a week.
Now I can't play or withdrawl nor get my cards shipped.
They surprised my mom in Lagos, delivering gifts and giving her a memorable birthday.
This is outright scam behavior—they took my money and then cut me off.
I was skeptical at first because of previous comments on lead times.
Site is great, those that are impatient and cant wait for a few months should steer clear though, get some patience, they had some supply issues from investors backing out on them and are trying to get everything back in order.
The Boxed team are super transparent and very active on Discord engaging with the community.

I got lucky twice and broke even, when I tried to withdrawl to crypto for my money back it was pending review for over 2 days.
I had a problem with the delivery and they did not make a SINGLE effort to help me in any way, and instead has been lying to me for 2 months.
They come highly recommended.

I live in a somewhat remote part of Canada and feel like my shipping time was accurate to what the website described as 4 to 6 weeks.
The community is warm and welcoming.
I have withdrawn cards in the past and even when I had to wait longer as they were experiencing high volume withdrawals they still came and in mint/near mint condition like the website says.
Been looking at a lot of similar sites around and this is by far the best of them all. Definitely recommend! PS.

I have over 20+ withdraws via the market and raw cards they have all come as advertised either mint or near meant as promised.
I had an issue with one of the cards with scratches, reached out to support and they gave me 2 options, replace or refund the gems for me.
While it took a little time for my shipment to be sourced and sent, upon receiving it I realize it’s because the team was making sure they could get the best cards possible.
They worked hard to better their shipping process this year with cards coming in ~3 weeks all new mint and well centered.
Overall the site is fun and looks good.
They were super helpful and listened to what my issues were.
I first found Boxed a couple months back in November and despite seeing so much negativity written online about it, the allure of the Pokémon cards still pulled me in.
I get the same great feeling chasing hits as I do opening packs. but being able to target the cards I want is awesome!
Just hit the Sylveon SIR from Prismatic Evolution on January 31, 2025, and I can't wait to receive it through the mail!
I scroll reviews and check for company responses to the bad reviews against them.
They have a great community on the site and on their discord.
I've been using boxed for over a year and I can tell from experience this has been one of the best digital ways to open packs I've ever experienced.
Odds are clearly stated and it’s a fun alternative to opening packs, but it is a gamble!
It does take some time after the withdrawal for the items to ship out.
