Download speed is only 1Mbs. Normally it is 30+.
My internet is not working. It comes on and stops. If i try to play a song on youtube it plays one second and then i have to wait. I reported a si;ilar issue about ten days ago. I was told they work on the tower but now is even worse. The internet has come to a complete standstill.
Bouygues blocked access to my account.
This awful company continues to spam my two business' email addresses.
Then continued sending threatening emails.
I pay for it at home and constantly need to use my cell service just to do basic work tasks on my computer because the internet is so slow.
Bouygues was my phone carrier for 8 years. The prices tripled.
Judging by the lousy reviews, I have had a narrow escape and I will take my business elsewhere.
the worst company in the world, they block you the calls for no reasons, service of clients the worst. you can't reach them. their big intersts is charging you without services. and if you reclame the refund they'ill tell you because one of section of the law. the law don't tell just charge people without services. so is the worst experience i had with a company of telecomunication.
We cancelled our internet connection at the end of August when we left France.
Internet and cell service was great.

(unfortunately) same negative experiences as others using BOUYGUES TELECOM. barely or flat out didn't work in London, Nice and Monte Carlo. a combo of poor signals and speeds. the only place these hapless eSims worked for us was in Rome.
Terrible service - rude technician, bad website, you have to wait for hours to speak to anybody on the telephone.
French Phone and internet out of action for 2 months from 3November 2023 to 4 January2024 but monthly fees still collected.
Make up lies to sell and then look at your bank balance and here surprise.
When I waited for Metro, everything worked and i had 200mbps.
Found a phone line to ring but impossible to talk to an adviser.
Several calls made to Bouygues while in Portugal with no outcome.
Eventhough I have foortfait of 9,99 Euros almost each month since I got the sim, they find a reason to charge me extra.
I have tried three times to order a sim and set up a monthly payment with my French bank account registered to my French house.
Bouygues are the worst company that I have ever encountered.
Nothing would load, no social media apps, no web browsers, and IMessages would not send.
Then sent threatening emails to take legal action against me.

I needed a phone and internet so called an English speaking company called Selectra who assured me that Bouygues was the best choice for mhy village and had 5G coverage.
Managed a messenger chat but needed technical support which is impossible if you don’t have a French mobile as they refuse to ring an English mobile.
Its every day dozens calls from spammers i alredy not accepted phone call from anyone...
I did not allow them to let my account work further than my fortrait limit.
Went to the Cherbourg store who were not interested in helping.
How come when fortfait limit is finished, they can charge the customer?
Every location, I had good service (3-5 bars), great internet and could call flawlessly.
Bought a phone, and a ligne and all was smooth for now (2 years later).
Bouygues say we did not but we have screenshots that prove that we did.
The worse is that they know and all they say is oh sorry we will deduct your next bill.
Website never works, payments never work, service never works.
I give one star because I cannot give lower than that.
Were told and the package claimed works over most of Europe.
Whattttttt they take today and think a month from now its easy to wait. They are charlatans.
payment methods are designed to charge you for nothing: I have been waiting for two weeks to pay the invoice by Card (CB) but was not allowed because "prelevement en course!. i wait now for another €10 fine because my bank doesn't want to pay to Bouygues (perhaps for good reasons). it's the last invoice+fine I pay, will change the operator.
I've emailed their MD oroussat @ bouyguestelecom.
DO NOT BUY - Ive used so many eSIMS and have never had a worse experience than with Bouygues.
