It’s my new favorite place to shop .
The color was pictured as taba, which is bright brown/orange and the actual product was dark brown that looks almost like dark red.
This was my first time ordering from Bonprix and it was very confusing.
Ok, maybe it was my mistake, and if they had reached out to me we would have solved it in a few minutes, instead I got not so kind emails from a third party that imposed very tight time limits, otherwise I had to pay even more, and in fact that is what happened!
I love this company .
Good quality products, fair price, good materials (I like to buy 100% cotton), quick and uncomplicated returns.
The other one though, the color was not the same as shown in the pictures.
Again Hermes failed to deliver on time and eventually it arrived on 03. 03.

On one shipment, I received an email that it arrived, but I couldn't find the package at first, the delivery service left it in a very hidden place under my stairwell.
I bought item last December and they send me wrong product.. 2 months im dealing with them to send the right product i dont even ask to refund it.
Hermes failed to deliver the following day and actually returned it to Bonprix.
Items dispatched quickly.
Not sure if there have been issues recently, but when trying to pay for an item, I would get to the submit button and immediately be told to log in, again and again... getting the items elsewhere thankfully.
I send pictures and proof of the wrong items send back the item thru Poczta. This is absurd!
I have been 5 years a customer and I'm very satisfied.
They have a great selection of clothes for women .
The price for the quality of goods is unmatched anywhere else .
It was very confusing for me as I was billed for both bathing suits. Eventually today 05. 03 I received a mail from Bonprix to say first bathing suit was returned.
Some time ago I lived in Berlin, I shopped on Bonprix as I have been doing for years in my country but something went wrong.
I've bought quite a few things from Bonprix including a swimsuit, jumper, dress and blouse and I am very satisfied with everything I purchased.
In the meantime, I called customer service and they were great!
Always reliable.
They all are super chic and value for money.
Even though I have an order confirmation that I have forwarded to customer support AND I can clearly see the order under cancelled orders.
Clothing is affordable but often poor quality and if you return too many items because of low quality or terrible sizing, they will remove you from their mailing list so you can’t get anymore discounts.

I am fully satisfied with dresses and Pullovers that I bought from Bonprix.
It is a perfect app and all the products fits as described.
Btw, when we register we give our email and number, common sense would suggest they used it to talk to us before attempting anything else.
I was treated as a thief and had to deal with rude people while my bonprix account was blocked, so I couldn't contact the customare care.
Timely delivery, good quality products, true to size clothes.
But until now asking for the same question all over again.
I wanted hellgrau, found it truly beautiful, but they sent me beige, which I already have and find boring.
Every time it gets cancelled with no explanation.
I love that everything comes so fast.. now if I could only get the Hermes guy to come to my door.. always waiting at home for my delivery but they never ring my bell or knock on my door.. always give it to a neighbor..
