Staff: never smiled; never checked if we had recovered from our uncooked meat experience; it was as if they (like us) were at Bones for both the first and last time.
Then they told us that they never place customers tables after wishes.
After the second time my son gave up.
The chicken was juicy, the burger and steak tasted incredibly good.
We were four for dinner.
We will visit again for sure.
Ribs are bad as re-heat microwave food.
And the staff were very Nice.
One plate came back medium-rare; the other came back extra raw with no additional cooking.
Great experience every time.
My 10-year-old daughter is also super happy for the food and attention she got.
Bone’s in Herlev has the best service and sweetest staff ever!
Bones Lalandia: Nice atmosphere. Good food.
My son ordered a steak medium-rare but they had to try twice.
Medium is medium, not extra rare. Sent the meat back.
That was money wasted and even if three people were semi-satisfied it still ruined a nice dinner for me, my husbond and our two sons.
Bone's in Hjørring messed up our visit.
Food quality is not consistence at all.
Tried this restaurant in Vinje today and it tasted absolutely fantastic.
Very nice service and girls who really knew their way around Children.
Hope to visit again during our next trip to Denmark.
i visited (at least i tried) bone's (in Roskilde) and i did not make it further as to the entrance door. i was waiting several minutes to get a table assigned and i was continuously ignored by the waiters. there is nothing wrong with waiting for a short while, but at least a "good evening, i will be right with you" or the like would be nice. however, ignoring customers show a kind of lack of respect.

Even thought the next table was available and it was not possible to book a specific table they would not switch it. So bad service!!
The pickup point is less than 10min by car.
But luckily, next order is good.
We had asked for 2 tables for 6 persons at each table for a birthday.
Food is always on point, and the staff always so friendly.
Strange taste, as if an untrained cook was applying random seasoning.
They promised they would do all they could to place them beside each other, but when we came they have placed our tables as far away from each other at they could be.
I ordered takeaway 2x tenderloin, completely fridge cold in the middle.
