The drivers are very pleasant and professional and the prices are good.
Otherwise everything is perfect.
When a driver dies accept the journey there has been times when they cancel when they're 2-5 mins away from the pick up point.
Used this app for the first time when we went to Poland. Game changer!

We ordered a Bolt Pet and the driver requested our small dog to go in the trunk of the car.

I was finally reimbursed after some time spent chatting with a few Bolt counselors, but a serene short taxi trip feels differently.
You have to tap the close button at least 4 times to dismiss the ad.
They have great availability in the major cities.
I started using Bolt fairly recently and I am very impressed!
I accepted a scheduled ride because I was in the area.
I was chatting to the driver and it turns out, bolt, the platform took nearly 70% of the drivers earnings on my fare!!!!
Please let the user know that there aren't parking zones in advance (from the map it felt like you can park anywhere and only when I wanted to end the ride near my house the mandatory parking was suddently there - 500 meters away) not when I am already there and have to drive back like an idiot and waste money.
Just keep it up, maybe the drivers should speak better German.
I have always been assigned a taxi within 1 to 3 minutes!
This is not how a last mile commuting should look like.
So I downloaded bolt again after deleting it and they were charging £157 for what would normally be a £60 journey.
Needed for transport back from airport, car took less then 10 minutes to get to me.
I'm constantly waiting over 40mins for a driver to accept the journey.
Those times it wasn't so nice to travel along, but since I had prepayed I didn't hade any choice than sit in a smell like a week without a shower or a toothbrush.
Sorry to lift this up but it's important, perhaps there should be recommendations to everyone in the company about this.
This isn't how to operate or treat regular bolt users.
Sorry but that’s totally unacceptable behaviour to take that much of a fee from the driver. Very poor form.
