However, even though I live in Denmark, it takes them over a week to deliver my order every time.
Ordered my item on the 29th of December and received it on the 5th of January so a bit slow shipping but that's acceptable when it's in the Christmas and New Year period.
From placement of order it only took 3 days to be in my hands, very good service and very pleased I can maintain my nutrition.

Me and my boyfriend have been ordering from Bodystore time to time.
This order was a full top-up of protein and supporting supplements and as normal I left it to the last minute to order ensuring I didn't run out.
I have used Bodystore.
Bought product on black friday. the site then automatically chooses a service to pay later rather than give my credit card details immediately.
Last time we ordered was last week, we placed the order on Tuesday late evening and on Friday noon we had it! P. S. sometimes it is hard to find desired products or flavors, it shows on the website but is always out of stock.
Update/ 15 kg big buy is not for 3 months use, I recommed you to ask some fitness guys. 10 kg is out of date and one to be forced to use in 3 months!!!
How about providing spoons in other sizes?
Really sad to end up like this for this company because could be more support and attractive to the everyday clients.
I used to order egg whites from there at least twice a month. I was a loyal customer.
They then send the order and reply to me by mail saying that theres nothing they can do about payment and ignoring the other part.
I have been using your service for about 2 years now.
I would recommend you to work on that, as it is forcing customer to choose either what you have or place the order elsewhere.
Worst company and worst experience I had with these website.

I never buy from this site again. on 30/11/2023 After the reply below, l have contacted them and sent the picture of the product. on 07-12-23 they accepted to get them back.
They have deals all the time and if you want cheap protein bars, this is the place.
I then immediately email them to cancel my order or change it to a regular billing.
The products I received were awesome, and the shipping was fast as well!

I have bought an pull up band and the delivery was extremely fast.
I have purchased big buy Ultimate Recovery Complex 5400(3 packs) but one of them has only 4 months date to best use and the other 2 is out of date.
Bought some products on Monday and contacted them Thursday because I hadn't heard anything from them yet, and they told me that I would normally recieve my products within 1-3 days so I told them that i had been waiting for 4 days now and still hadn't recieved a track & trace email, she then told me that my products hadn't been shipped yet because they had alot of orders at the moment.
The product is very good quality and really good price compared other companies.
