They have 6 weeks return policy. 4 weeks pass already… On the website they advertise them self as they reply to you in 24hours…LOL…big shame, because materials are nice and if I wouldn’t have this experience I would be ordering more, but in this circumstances I recommend to AVOID!!!!!!
Update.... bloomchic have now refunded me in full after arguing it wasn't a "return" and was a fault .
Arranging a return could do with improving as you to email them with the order number, the item description and reason for the return.
I said if they don’t want to take my offer they should send me a return label - THEY DIDNT!!!
They also don't tell you where your good are coming from although I beleive China seems to be the main source.
So much for friendly great CS.
I ordered 2 dresses, il be honest, one of the dresses was really lovely, fitted true to size and looked really pretty and was good value, I have kept it and felt great wearing it.
Bought two dresses and I want to return one.
I definitely haven't received and they won't send me the proof of delivery or the signature which they say they have.
I eventually got a reply and was offered a 50% refund and to keep the dress but said no thank you.
I ordered on 27th June 2023 kept an eye daily on the tracking, after 32 days the tracking which was vert difficult to understand as it never gave locations stated my order had ben delivered.
I have emailed CS 4 times, left messages via the gate and still no response.
Where should I start? … i waited for the order almost 4 weeks, when finally it arrived 2 out of 3 items are too big, I sent already 3 emails, no respond at all!!!
I ordered two dresses.
Customer service is non existent, you are directed to the online faq's which are no help.
I returned the parcel, the tracking info says they have had the return for a week but I’ve had no further communication and no refund.
The other dress I ordered was awful.
I managed to get a returns label to send back some truly awful items that were poorly made and poorly sized.
Who asks for such personal information while also avoiding the whole point of your email?
Also the timings are outright lies: standard delivery is by ship from China so you’ll be waiting easily 6-7 weeks (longer if there’s a problem around Suez Canal) and Express (airfreight) will be 10-14 days to UK.
I asked for the refund, they replied fast and I sent an Ervi label, which I took to a Tesco and returned the parcel.
I'm very disappointed as I would have remained a good customer but cannot afford these extra costs.
Near the bottom of the shipping details it basically says you, the customer is responsible for any and all import tax.
Nothing was even mentioned regarding a returns address which I'd politely requested.
Don’t get scammed - the clothes are poorly made and they lie and tell you about free return- I bet they never sent ANYBODY a return label EVER!!!
Ordered months ago, and despite saying it had landed in Birmingham back in August, no delivery.
Was then charged later by FedEx for duties and taxes, I had to pay £89.
Their customer service team does not reply to any emails. They are a disgrace. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
After a lot mails they “offered” me a “solution” saying that I just have to pay 200usd instead of 300 usd and I could keep everything- BUT that would mean I pay 130USD for items I never want to keep - pretty expensive for stuff you don’t want!!!
I emailed BloomChic and after a few emails back and forth, they made it clear I had to pay.
Customer service replied in less then 24hours, they offered to let me keep the items and a 50%discount, or return for a full refund.
Wished I'd read these reviews first.
So I have added a couple of stars for their prompt replies and final.
I want to return because you missold it as a maxi dress and it isn’t - it’s a midi.
It is now longer than the six week return period and I’m left £50+ out of pocket with two unwearable dresses. Avoid.
Also, when contacting them via email (which was also no help), they replied asking me for my waist/bust and hip measurements.
Blaming the logistics company and offering me a 60% refund!
When then finally arrived they were two sizes too big.
Have items to return but am getting the run around and being told to respond to e-mails i have not received.
So they just steal your money by ignoring you and sent you with poorly made clothes!
