The antenna serving my house had been out of service since at least March, possibly since 2021!
I just got notice that the technicians have supposedly repaired it, but am not yet in the area to check.
I just topped up 30 Euro on my pre paid card, put on mobile data, because it is a requirement for the app to work.
Since moving out of Germany they have charged me thousands of euros because I have been unable to close my account.
The internet is poor and it is a disaster if you need to call them to the call center.
I was actually happy with the rates they have and how easy to use the website is.
It was only once I made a complaint with the government and started the process to be financially compensated, that Blau came and examined the antenna.
CAREFUL DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
I am Spanish and I know them very well, unfortunately.
If a minus rating exists, certainly I Choose it. Beware all customers!!
And then when I kept getting charged I called again and reassured it was ok I switched, and I only had to pay an extra month more.
Never ever seen a worst company than this.
Again I was charged so I called a third time and only then they said it is not possible and I will have to pay for two more years for the plan and SIM that I threw away already.
Imagine I HAVE TO FORCELY PAY 18 € x 24 = 432 €.
So, some 120mb did cost me 24 Euro while figuring out hot to get 5 gb for 10 Euro. Thanks blau. de for stealing my money.
The customer service is the worst.
They depleted my bank account util there was no money and the debt collectors came for me.
When i have enough money, ill sue them hard.
Now I am without network for I dont know how many days.
The most unethical con men. They deserve 0 stars.
I was a blau customer for quite some time, then I cancelled the contract to move to another provider.
Broken processes, logical contradictions (activate your SIM by getting an SMS? ), variable support (some good, some bad), multiple points of entry (app and web site have different functionality, but you need both, call bot gives you yet another URL for SIM activation), broken tech (confirmation emails never come) and two call centres.
extremely bad service- they have well trained personell as far as it comes to selling you a contract, but when there is a service issue i tried to solve it with 4 different people who all couldnt even fully speak my language- its horrible im extremely unsatisfied with what i got now- i bought it with a promise that wasnt upheld.
I can't imagine how a company claims that they have english support but they don't.
But a company that avoids contact with their customers should just not exist.
I am overall happy with Blau.
Had a leftover credit in my prepaid account from my last tariff purchase which literally just disappeared, called customer service and they told me it been used to automatically renew my tariff and I had to top up 15 euros in order to complete the purchase but when I toped up that also just disappeared yet the tariff never actually started working.
In order to activate the eSIM, I should be receiving an SMS but without my network I cannot receive anything.
Even the chat is "accidentally" never working.
A day or two before the end would have been fine, but it was done one week into the period that I had paid for.
As I had a rolling monthly contract, I arranged to have a new contract for the end of the month that I paid for.
Didnt send me my sim card neither any code for anything.
Customer service experience very poor.
I have been using Blau. de for last 2,5 years.
BLAU is the WORST company because it belonged to TELEFONICA ESPAÑA, which is a piece of garbage.
After a week i got the money charged anyways from my account and we called 2 times and the people were completly helpless and still couldnt get my money back.
Blau. de started taking for my account multiple times a day by 10 euro at a transaction without any explanation and reason. Today they took 70 euro. Yesterday they took 20. The day before 10.
I have never had problems when it comes to the product itself.
If I weren't also with Telekom I would be incommunicado. That's Spanish.
And now I have to wait couple of days to receive the activation QR Code via post because they cannot send it via email.
