The suction power is not impressive either, and I expected much better performance given the price.
Works even better than her older model, pleased i went with this one, so easy to use.
Ive been looking for a spot carpet washer for little while and i saw Bissell on tv and thought great .

I do not recommend the CrossWave OmniForce Edge based on my experience.

Cleaning a whole floor of the house has been simplified now that we are able to hover and clean all our tiles and carpeted floors and rugs in one go. Well done BISSELL!

Excellent service, spoke to a very nice man, who listened and understood my problem, even though I had ordered my product in May, we never opened it till December and there was something missing, he totally understood and replaced the missing items and they arrived the very next day, as promised.
I was using my daughters before and thought i'd better get my own.
This all-in-one vacuum and mop is a lifesaver, making it effortless to tackle both wet and dry messes in one go.
If it doesn't show up I'll ask my bank to put in for a refund and contact trading standards.
love this floor cleaner. its so much better than using a mop and bucket and is a lot cleaner. it separates the 'lumps' and the dirty water so you can chuck them straight in the bin.
Old stubborn stains seem to be no challenge at all for it!
After receiving a Shark steamer (which had been used but sold as new), so looked for alternatives.
Down side is the instruction leaflet included in the box.

I love how powerful the Power Vac Mode is, providing strong suction for dirt and debris, while the Power Mop Mode works wonders on spills and stuck-on messes.
Hadnt even bothered respond.
The floor cleaner performed as expected and has made domestic chores so much easier.

Brilliant Company, i ordered a spot clean Pet Pro in the evening and it was on my doorstop first thing the following day!
I returned a faulty vacuum, they received the return on the 6th February, I messaged them on the 17th asking when I'll receive a refund, I recived a brief message back saying they'd issued it on the 17th, I messaged back asking how long it would take approximately and I recived another brief answer saying check with my Bank.
Used the carpet cleaner on a cream carpet in our hallway which had a few marks, I was pleasantly surprised how powerful and easy to use the machine was.
Been through two carpet cleaners now with bissell. Both purchased direct.

I recently purchased the CrossWave OmniForce Edge, and I have to say I am extremely disappointed with this product.
I haven’t used it as yet but looking forward to.

Price was competitive, delivery timescale was good, which arrived slightly earlier and needed to try the steamer the day it arrived - what a good job done.
