Buyers Protection it states is fake as it doesnt care about the buyers.
It is two weeks later i have still not been supplied with the correct product size.
Now he has the device and my money, refusing to refund me.
No integrity in the company.
Contacting bid or buy is like contacting government number. They never answer.
Seller don't want to refund me and bid or buy don't REPLY, no support. Really bad service!
I brought an item, found it faukty and defective, and the seller is ignoring the truth, claiming something else.

Had a terrible experience with a seller who sold me a very old worn out ring and refused to refund me on receiving the ring back, and the agent at Bob did nothing to help nor bothered getting back to me..
Great profit for this company, and they NEVER support or assist their customers, only the suppliers.

Bid or buy now bob is nothing but one big muck up they should fire Andy who has made this big muck up and revert back to the way things were run before, making sellers pay R30 on orders over R100 they make us use their couriers - what happened to freedom of choice, complaint gone to the ncc, I left as they said if I didnt comply they would shut me down, so I told them I am out.
When I tried to request a refund the merchant turned it down and bid or buy is not doing anything to resolve this.
Bought and item from bid or buy, did not receive my parcel, courier company returned it, could not contact me and nobody contacted me.
Bobshop declines to get ny money back. Thevies!!!
They re dragging feet and so on. Stay away.
I bought an airfryer it was delivered in 2 days and it is working perfect .
They let merchant do as they please with us customers.
I bought a power bank and it was not sealed as a new product upon arrival.
