I would have struggled without her help and her guidance has given me confidence should I need to invest again in the future.

So I bought the asset straight away after buying it -£57 and showing in the red on there site but checked again on both other sites and still in the green with + don't know what they were doing but It went down and down I feel totally ripped off by these.

I've been investing with Bestinvest for over a year now and I've found it a really great experience, the site and app are simple to navigate, you can curate your portfolio however you like, fees are among the lowest on the market and there are no nasty hidden charges (HL, please take note!
Hard to get hold of a customer agent and they are slow to put up any standard warnings on their website ahout system issues.

I've had my SIPP on the Bestinvest platform for many years.
I sold various funds a week ago with a view to transferring the proceeds to my ISA fund & I am still waiting for this part of the process to be completed, I now have to transfer to the ISA fund then buy new unit trusts.
Had a 40 minute telephone conversation with Taylor, (Best Invest) who was so patient when guiding me through the process of investing into several funds of my choice.
When I have had to call Bestinvest to talk through any issues with the platform or what I need to do to transfer from one account to another, they answer the phone and their systems appear to be up to the job.
Taylor was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable, enabling me to shift funds from a 'SIPP' easily and without any stress on my behalf.
She also sent a follow up email with more info on different funds.
Recently had a coaching call with Alicja.
This company don't appear to take security as seriously as all other banks and brokers I deal with.
With regards to telephone calls, selling assets that take for ever and a day to sell even after the sellment date as elapsed.
After my coaching session with Lydia Ellis I am so much more confident in how my pension works and how to switch to different plans.
We were very pleased with the information we received.

I had a "coaching call" with Alijca last week to discuss something that had been causing me a great deal of finanxiety (I literally just made that word up, lol) and I couldn't have asked for more... she was very knowledgable and full of great advice but presented things in a practical way that really made the problem seem far more manageable.
He couldn't answer one or two questions but promised to find out and get to me. He did keep his promise.
Investing is a scary business for some folk, like me!
Our needs were not straightforward, but Harry helped us understand our options and answered all our questions.
It's quite intuitive to use and there are plenty of fund options.
You can have as many coaching calls as you like for free, there is however a £495 charge for an advisor to spend time looking at your portfolio and then recommending which would be the best options for further investments.
It is worth pointing out though that this session wasn’t strictly necessary in that it didn’t involve investment advice.
The follow up information was sent promptly, and we were able to act on the advice provided.
She was very helpful and answered all the questions I had in an easy to understand way.
A few times over the last 6 months, the system has gone down (or at least it hasn't recognized my details).

I've just been told BestInvest do not have 2 step authentication for logging in using their website. Be warned.
