I emailed and they replied to my email regarding my order issue but didn't explain why they'd ignored me on social media or apologise.
What really let’s them down is poor quality of stitching.
I bought some bits for my my boyfriend but realised when I'd placed the order there was an issue.
They say on their website that you can email or contact them on social media.
Extremely bad marketing but this doesn't effect the end user experience only re purchase chance and actual customer re engagement.
I’ve just bought 3 prs of shorts, all of which have very poor sewing machine work.
The quality of their products is generally good, with quick delivery times too.
However, the quality is excellent and I am delighted with my purchase.
But I see other posts quoting similar issues even for next day delivery.
I noticed the stitching quality could be improved, especially since I tend to buy only when items are on sale.
The product I bought from you is sound OK but I checked it ,I found that is ripped from inside . yesterday I emailed you and till now I didn't hear anything from you.
I guess they’re using sweat-shops, so can’t blame the underpaid, overworked, machinists. Do better bench….

Bench delivery page is really misleading.
Great quality on the products I ordered. Fit was great.
Some products aren’t as practical as expected, like a jacket that wasn’t waterproof.
Sent return to address with returns slip from site. No response.
I have asked them to cancel it in email (there is no phone number) and there is no response.
Quality of the Bench Marshy Men’s Gillet, is excellent, sizing is spot on too.
Great service and clothing again. Jeans fit perfectly.
I have never had a problem with Bench because if I did I would not write a review and would never be their customer again.
Price was great value and also sits well within expected market.
I sent two messages on Facebook 36 hours apart and both were ignored despite their autoreply saying they'd respond in 24 hours. It was pretty stressful.
However, I had issues with a second order being canceled due to being out of stock, and they didn't refund my postage, which I’m still chasing.

Absolute disappointment purchased a jacket was larger than expected in size.
After paying for delivery I was a shocked I had to pay to return an item.
I choose free express delivery assuming it will be quick.
Finally the packaging and speed of standard delivery was great.
Jacket itself was fine but inside the parcel alongside my jacket was a lighter 😳 makes me wonder if the jacket I received was one someone sent back.
I quite like their stuff, but only ever buy if it’s reduced.
I've read reviews here that complain about delivery and the wrong size.
Worn a handful of times and worn out already , material cheap and worn , buttons worn , underarm stitching has come away .
Nice tee shirts hope they don’t abandon the current design I normally buy the Herman 5 pack in black with the side logo.
