I had a great experience with customer service, not only kind but professional as well.
I've definitely noticed a difference with my broadband speed and I'm getting the speed that I opted for.
Also the internet is awesome speeds are there a connection is stable.
They went above and beyond ironing out the issues with our broadband switchover.

Beebu have been amazing helping sort out a record issue with CityFibre, delaying our install.
I had an appointment for installation but no one bothered to show up on the agreed date.
It has taken almost 2 months but with perseverance and determination, they got there in the end, service fully installed and up and running now!
I was sent the hub a bit late but I don't expect instant perfection, just a solid service over time.
I am now connected and my download and upload speeds are incredible.

The only reason I've left off a star is because I didn't get my service on the day it was due to begin, due to a glitch, otherwise I feel like it would have been flawless.

What a fantastic company.
Was going to transfer to them but it seemed a bit of a hassle for the date I needed, then they proceeded to ghost call me 10 times in the next couple of days, dropping the call every time I answered!
A really nice touch was giving me a call a few days after my install to make sure all the teething problems were resolved and I was happy.
The Hub was delivered in plenty of time and the engineer was very prompt.
Special mention to Pete who has dealt with my account personally and his customer service is beyond helpful.
He was very friendly and efficient and tidied up after himself.
MS3 came and connected by Internet exactly on time and done within an hour.
The customer support from Pete and Annie was absolutely fantastic.
