I rang and spoke to Malik who was really helpful and professional, we arrange for an alternative mattress to be delivered and the original 1 taken away.
So far quite disappointed with the service… Ordered a bed 3 weeks ago, was advised of a delivery time slot yesterday for delivery today just to be emailed a few hours later to say my delivery won’t be coming but they couldn’t give a revised date.
Had a small problem with the delivery because of the supplier.
The delivery was great, communication of when it was going to be delivered etc was spot on and delivery driver was lovely too. 10/10 would recommend.
Although I had trouble paying through the website I later spoke with Malik in the sales team and he could not have been more helpful. so 4 stars for overall experience but 5 stars for Malik.
So far the support in contacting them about this has been okay, can’t fault that.

Customer service was good and admit that mattress was faulty, they are going to exchange a mattress of a better quality now. great customer service and delivery, poor quality of some providers (hence 4 instead of 5 stars).

Ordered a bed which was totally the wrong order.
I understand there being issues but i would have thought in the 3 weeks between me ordering and receiving a time slot for delivery that they for 1. would have known there was a supplier issue and 2. not given me a time slot for delivery and instead told me that it’s not estimated to come on the date i was given.
But honestly, so understanding.
I had taken down and sold my old bed so I was sleeping on the floor so I decided to call the helpline number to resolve my issue.
The assistant helped me massively.
That was the quickest customer service/feedback I have ever received, I’m a happy and satisfied customer.
Also offered a much earlier than I expected delivery date.

I have just received a Pocket 3000 Spring Orthopaedic Mattress.
After talking to Clare she helped resolve my issue and my bed arrived a few days later.
Malik was extremely helpful over the phone when we had an issue with our bed, my wife got confused by images on the website and ordered the wrong one.
Barely 20 minutes later he called me back regarding my order and also sent a confirmation email to me.

Contacted about this as i’d already waited 3 weeks just to be told that they have a supplier issue and can take ANOTHER 4-5 weeks to come.
