Getting the proverbial "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again" error when I try to enter my personal information.
Trying to file a complaint and it gets to the input address section and then gives me an unexpected error message. Tried from multiple devices on various networks with the same error message.
every time I try to begin a complaint, I get to the page where you input your name and address and it won't accept my data. keeps telling me that an "unexpected error has occurred."

Dear Sirs, I am living in New Zealand and have submitted complaints to BBB via their website, but returned with “Error occurred when submitting complaint data. Please try again” several times during day, afternoon or evening of my time in New Zealand. Does BBB only serve customers of US, Canada and Mexico? Regards Tom B

Related emails to senders, domain register, abuse and privacy departments went nowhere.
The BBB is an irrelevant, useless, completely powerless mob that is only interested in getting money out of people.
This business whomever they are and wherever they are from prioritizes business policy for profit rather than the respect for clients' well being and satisfaction.
They do it only if you stop paying them and that’s a fact because no way someone will keep paying them after they remove their valuable reviews. BBB is a shame!
Investigation found BBB favoured those businesses who paid the BBB, therefore the BBB cannot be trusted.

My experience with UPS and BetterAlt has been terrible.
How is this company pretending to be a legitimate government website?
No wonder Google reviews is the top. If I were the bbb. org I’d be ashamed of how not help they really are.
This is clear dishonesty and a complete lack of professionalism.
After trying customer service and tweeting them about 20 times, I decided why not try Better Business bureau.
They keep making false promises about delivery dates, and every day they delay without any valid reason.
Nothing good to say - they literally do nothing.
They use some goofy AI software that makes up numbers to please the paying companies.
The positive ratings they give frequently have a bad average, if you read the reviews and compare numbers.
They are a glorified review site with an official-sounding name.
I told them so many times that I don't want to pay $400/year just for their stinking badge, but they had so many agents call me.
Recently had an issue with being charged for Shudder after cancelling a subscription.
Be careful these guys are gangers they will try to muscle you into paying monthly fees simple to respond to complaints stay far away the BBB IS a TRAP AND A FAKE COMPANY OFFERING CONSUMERS FAKE HOPE AND CHARGING BUSINESS OWNERS TO RAISE THERE RATING. My mgmt. team wants $250 per month for portal access.
When one has been ripped off for a substantial amount of money, just sling them a rubber ear/ignore, which is shocking & unacceptable, I'm not impressed.
They say they are investigating on your behalf, and when no one answers they say "Sorry, here are other people you can contact that can actually do something".
Note (if I was able to post a photo) my paste and copy review here, which matched my BBB review.
So if you want to get me a credit card for that, give me a call back with that information.

Even though BBB informs you that you can access information about a companies responses to your complaint, there is no way to find the information and is nothing but a big waste of time.
After some time I decided to stop wasting money on BBB and guess what?
I actually got all my money back, which I had almost just accepted as lost.
In about 1500 cases documented, where BBB has given an A+ rating, Attorneys General as well as several governmental regulatory agencies have taken action or initiated class actions, which have been filed against those very same A+ rated entities, even where fines and judgments were eventually realized and levied, and in some cases, criminal prosecutions. Do not trust the BBB.
I am writing a review about a company called YOGASTACK. This is a warning!
Once any entity objects to a review, it's removed, if they're a member of BBB. Evidence be damned.
Hi Hoffman which is my last name and would not sign off with a rep name. YOGASTACK... their evasiveness and unethical business practice with not following through and providing me with a subscription refund as requested demonstrated the distrustful and disreputable nature of their business.
Ted came over to see it and said they were really rotten and would check his suplier to see if they would cover repair costs. well they wouldnt So on August 15 2023 Ted and his crew showed up and dug up the rotted posts and replaced them , with lots of cement in the holes .
How to respond to messages?
I had good experiences with the BBB when dealing with Amazon issues last year but now they have failed me in dealing with Walmart.
We had a fence put in 4 years ago by In A Flash , it was a beautiful job 4 years later 3 of the 5'' pressure treated posts rotted out and the fence started leaning.
Their actions show no respect for their customers, only wasting time and causing frustration.
Terrible form of communication, using BBB. org is absolutely horrible horrific...
Upon little review, every ''Click Here to view the complaint" link in BBB's email goes to a third party MandrillApp. com, aka Mailchimp, a known business that thrives on selling our privacy.
Just open your eyes and see the light.
Yeah just ignore/do not respond, to everyones genuine complaints.
